Tegan was incredibly lovely and responsive to my initial questions before booking the space. The photos matched the apartment perfectly, no unwanted surprises. Throughout the stay I felt as though I was staying in my own home or the home of a close friend. Highly recommended booking.

We stayed a week and found the place comfortable. There was a desk in the second room and good WIFI which was perfect for us as my husband was working from home. Sanjee was communicative and friendly. Check in was easy. The check-out process was straightforward with none of the surprise cleaning demands which are so common on Air BnB these days. There were plenty of essentials to get us started (coffee, tea, salt, oil, toiletries etc). We appreciated having a free parking spot right downstairs. We also loved a personal touches around the property - felt like a home rather than a sterile IKEA motel room. Would definitely stay again.

Diana‘s place was perfect for my needs. It was a small but thoughtfully laid out apartment with everything you need for a stay in Melbourne. I was able to walk to my destination and felt safe at night being a woman traveling alone. There were plenty of restaurants with takeout food or sit in, located in the area. Diana was a great communicator and responded quickly if I had a question. I would recommend Diana‘s place when staying in Malvern or Melbourne.

Katrina Place is an amazing and comfortable oasis. she has planned and decorated the apartment exceptionally well and it was bigger than what we expected. bright and open as well as close to amazing restaurants and the suburb is very quiet and upmarket. the only real problem you will have is that you won't want to leave the rental
