Mökissä tupa, parvi, keittiö, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, ruoanlaitto ja ruokailuastiat. Terassilla ruokaryhmä, kaasugrilli ja keittolevy. Rantasaunalla lisähuone erillisellä sisäänkäynnillä. Laituritasanne, jossa tuli- ja grillauspaikka sekä ruokaryhmä. Käyttövesi pumpuilla terasseille, ruokavesi kanistereissa valmiina. Hyvä, lovasti syvenevä, aurinkoinen heikkaranta.

Ranta-Mäntylä sijaitsee kauniin ja kalaisan järven (Kallavesi) rannalla, luonnon helmassa, kotimme pihapiirissä, vain 25 min ajomatkan päässä kaupungeista Kuopio ja Leppävirta. Kohteeseen kuuluu kaksi rakennusta. Lämmitetyssä mökissä majoittuu mukavasti kaksi henkilöä. Nukkuma-aitassa on kesäaikana nukkumapaikat kahdelle. Majoittujien käytössä on grilli, sup-lauta ja soutuvene. Kylpytynnyrin käytöstä lisämaksu. Varaathan kylpytynnyrin etukäteen.

Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay.
