The apartment is also very well connected to the city as well as its own underground parking space.

The apartment's decor is based on the 70s with various retro items. Equipped kitchen, including coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster and electric kettle. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, it has a stool that can be converted into a single bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed.
