Holiday rentals with a patio in Königsbronn

Thomas's place was beautiful and looked brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and the smaller fridge worked perfect for our time there. The bathroom has two shower heads, one being the large rainfall type. This place is perfect for two people with plenty of room to hangout and relax. The room has a private entry with a provided key to come and go as you please. There is a small stream that borders the property and I'm sure it would be lovely to hear all night with the windows open. The room is located in a great neighborhood with homes that were built in the 1500's, incredible!! We enjoyed walking most mornings to a local bakery about 400yards down the street where we had our fresh morning pastries and coffee. This whole area is full of history and beautiful settings. There are nearby farms with the occasional tractor driving through the narrow streets. If you want to immerse in a small local town in Germany, with a country feel to it, this is the place!

Booking and the whole process super easy. The apartment is super central and very nicely refurbished. You are in a few minutes in the center of Nördlingen and it is still super quiet. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Clear recommendation from me. I'd love to come back.

Excellent facilities! Fitted to a very high standard. Very peaceful and relaxing. Super clean and a really lovely host. Excellent bathroom and spacious bedroom. Kitchen was spotless clean. Unfortunately, I was just there to sleep. I will definitely return, but then longer, so I can use the apartment and the terrace, depending on the weather. I was completely satisfied, I enjoyed it very much.

Super nice host, everything was as described and super nice. Fully recommended!!! Everything was clean and tidy, good equipment and a great view from the terrace. Also quick and friendly communication. I can definitely recommend it without any reservations!

We stayed for 3,5 weeks. Cosy, calm and very clean appartement. Exactly as in the pictures. A well functioning home that has most necessities. An iron was missing when we arrived but we got it after some days. Well equipped kitchen, though the stove is a bit week. Previous guests had been harsh with the frying pans so they were a bit damaged. Good beds. Washer/dryer worked well though the drying functionality is not the best. Easy to get to from the highway and near to Ulm center. Nice with private parking lot. Nice area with a small forest and the Donau within a couple of km. Supermarket within 500 m. A bus to Ulm is right besides, though we took the car and used one of the (payed) parking lots in Ulm. A very nice stay and we would definitely recommend it, especially for longer stays.

I had a fantastic time staying in this lovely house in the center of Dinkelsbühl. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the medieval town, close to restaurants, and main attractions. The house is beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the living room is perfect for relaxing. It combines historic charm with modern comforts. The host Anna was friendly and helpful, offering great tips on what to see and where to eat. Check-in was smooth and easy. If you’re visiting Dinkelsbühl, this is the perfect place to stay. I would love to come back!

I really enjoyed my 1 week vacation in the enchanting accommodation. The house is in a totally quiet location and the view of the hills and forest landscape is outstanding. The host Marco and his mother are very attentive and accommodating. I'll be back!

We had to travel very spontaneously from NRW to Bavaria with two dogs. Roland was always super quick to respond and respond, really great. We were also allowed to check in much later, which was very helpful for us. It was very quiet and everything nice and clean and dog friendly. Our amputee dog was also very pleased with the small garden on the terrace, as he is not allowed to run larger laps at the moment. But the area is still not lacking in beautiful gas laps. We will be happy to come back! :-)

There were six of us (3 couples) in the house. We were welcomed on site and everything was explained to us. Thank you! We also received tips for the area. The beds are great, the living room is very suitable for nice sitting together in the evening. Kitchen, barbecue and garden were also used by us. The sauna is large enough for about 3 people. On the day of departure, we were personally said goodbye again. Communication was consistently binding, clear and very nice! We had a great weekend to slow down and get together!

Apart from the accommodation that already exceeded my expectations on arrival on this quiet street and the friendly greeting neighbors from the outside, both the interior design and the layout, as well as the original mix of individual pieces of furniture and room elements, were surprising and soothing and due to the "creative hand" of our hosts. Speaking of Enisa and Jörg: the kindness, their helpfulness, the well-dosed restraint with at the same time warmth, as well as their polite patience (especially to my thrust of communication!!!) were just as I always wanted "ideal hosts". And to put another "on it": their 3 wonderful children were so healthy, open and unburdened that it was all the easier for me to meet and appreciate Enisa and Jörg not only as "superhosts", but also as wonderful parents of their children. We will definitely be happy to come back!

The host is very nice. We liked it very much in the small cottage . Everything you need. With dogs completely uncomplicated . Gladly again. Highly recommended, for nature lovers.

The apartment was 100% according to the description and the pictures. We didn't miss anything, the decor was very cozy. The landlord is very nice and friendly, we felt at home. We would book this apartment again at any time.

Wonderful stay at Swantyee. We enjoyed the proximity to the forest and also the slight seclusion of Bad Urach in a slightly elevated location. The conservatory was a dream to be in. Also the spacious layout. We did not miss anything about the equipment. We felt completely comfortable. If we were to come back to the region, we would definitely choose this place again. Absolutely recommended.

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The furnishings are of very high quality, tasteful and absolutely functional. Communication with the host was very nice and straightforward. He was right there when there was a problem. You are quickly in the countryside, but just as fast at the bus stop to reach cities such as Stuttgart, Esslingen or Ulm.

The apartment is great. It's as depicted in the photos. Everything was very clean. Everything you need was there. And the location was great. The house is rather clairaudient, but it was still very quiet. We would come back!
