Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The fully furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor with a south-facing orientation & has a magnificent view of the Wallburg Eltmann. The sun rises in the bedroom and sets on the balcony side, which promises light-flooded rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room & a bathroom.

Welcome to our stylishly furnished 30 m² studio apartment—your retreat with a separate entrance, views of greenery, and idyllic village surroundings. You can expect a double bed with a full-length mattress, a sofa bed (for 2 guests, on request), and a fully equipped kitchen. A TV, small desk, shower with towel warmer, terrace with seating, and free washer-dryer round out the amenities. Everything is accessible at almost ground level (only one step).

Bedroom with a 1.80 m wide box spring bed with mattresses and continuous topper and extra dressing room.

The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
