Eine Fußbodenheizung spendet behagliche Wärme auch an kalten Tagen. Das Hausboot liegt fest in unserem Hafen und ist nur 7 Km vom Alex entfernt.

Unsere „JULIA“ ist ein exklusives, schwimmendes Zweizimmerapartment auf dem Wasser mit allem was dazugehört. Der Kaminofen als Highlight und die Fußbodenheizung sorgen für behagliche Wärme auch an kalten Tagen. Die „JULIA“ kann für bis zu 2 Personen + 2 Aufbettungen im Salon gebucht werden. Das Hausboot liegt fest im Heimathafen der Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg und ist nur 7 Kilometer vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Sie benötigen keinen Bootsschein, das das Hausboot nicht bewegt werden kann.
