This is a wonderful place, a fun tasteful and functional renovation of a historic property. Very clean and comfortable. The terrace has a 360 view of Izmir and you can take a great walk down to the heart of the city. Firat met me, he was very hospitable and it was nice to have a personal introduction to the house. I look forward to another stay.

Ulaşımın kolay olduğu bir konumda konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Görseller ile birebir bir güzel bir evdi. Giriş çıkış sırasında bir sorun olmadı. Emre Bey ve Eda Hanımla iletişime geçmek kolaydı. İzmir'i gezmek için ideal evin yakınında otobüs ve tramvay durağı mevcut.

We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

Serap Hanım son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Ev turistik bir bölgede ama oldukça sakindi. Evin temizliği ve eşyaları kendimi evimde gibi hissetmeme neden oldu. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum

Adnan Bey'e her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz kendisi çok kibar ve iyi biri.Harika bir 6 gün geçirdik konum olarak turistik olmasa da sessiz bir mahalle de kafa dinlemek için iyi bir yer.Ayrıca bizimle oldukça iyi ilgilendi ve eksik olan ufak tefek şeyleri yarım saat içinde temin etti.Olabilecek her türlü teknolojik eşya mevcut temiz ve konforlu bir evdi.Tekrar İzmir'e gelirsek konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir ev.

Tout c’est très bien passé. La chambre est simple et agréable. La climatisation fonctionne bien. La salle de bain très bien et le lit confortable. L’accueil parfait. Et l’emplacement très bien également.

Mustafa was a great host, everything was smooth and easy. He was very responsive and the apartment is a high standard. Good gym facility and the pool was nice. Would recommend.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. I recommend this place, and especially the owner to anyone looking for a managable place with good location

Gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Ev sahibimiz son derece nazik, saygılı biriydi. Daire tertemizdi, her şey hazır ve eksiksizdi. Manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi ve dairenin kendisi de çok şık ve etkileyiciydi. Sadece bir gün kaldık ama bu kısa zamanı bile çok beğendik ve keyifle geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Koray greeted us at check-in and was very friendly with excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Izmir, we will definitely be rebooking for our next trip!

Her şey dört dörtlük idi, evin konumu ve manzarası gayet güzel, kendi evimdeymiş gibi hissettim, her şey 10/10, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum, bir sonraki gelişimde tekrar konaklama yapacağım yer kesinlikle burası.

Burayı kiralamadan önce yorumları okurken herkesin Mustafa Bey’i methettiğini okudum ve merakta ettim. İlk giriş esnasında kendisine de herkes sizden bahsetmiş çok güzel yorumlar var dedim. Gerçekten yazılanların çok daha fazlası olduğunu gördüm. Bu kadar yardımcı olan, kibar, naif ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi görmedim. Her telefonumuzu açtı, her talebimize destek verdi, hatta vapura binicez dediğimde bana çıkardı izmirkartını verdi. Yani gerçekten gidip kaldığınızda anlayacaksınız. Ev zaten geniş aileler için 3 yatak odası ile muazzam bir ev. Arkada bir bahçesi de var. Ama evden daha güzeli Mustafa Bey’i tanımaktı. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Bulut was very kind and helpful. The weather was beautiful and reminded me of California. All public transportation is within a short walk, my favorite was the ferry because of the beautiful views of the city. I want to come back and would stay here again if I could! The people here are so friendly and it’s just a great place to explore and learn about the culture. The local favorite football team won the national championship while we were here and it was fun to see the people watching the game on big TV screens at the local restaurants. And then celebrating until 3 am! Not much sleep that night but still fun watching how they reacted and celebrated their team! I had never experienced anything like that. If you can go to Izmir, you should and you will be very comfortable in this Airbnb with Bulut!

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Dieses Haus war sehr gut und sauber und lag an einem guten Ort. Das Haus sah aus wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber und mit allen guten Möbeln ausgestattet. Herr Aytekin war sehr nett, freundlich und geduldig. Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall allen weiter. Vielen Dank für alles, Herr Ugur und Herr Aytekin. Bis zum nächsten Mal!
