Monthly Rentals in Kona

Erika’s Airbnb in Kailua-Kona was fantastic, and it was truly a pleasure to stay here. It is a sprawling condo with a great layout and a beautiful living room, kitchen, balcony, and bedroom. In addition to all the very useful appliances and amenities the condo came with (a large fridge, a washer/dryer, etc.), the condo was adorned with a bulletin of wonderful recommendations and was stocked with all the supplies we could possibly need, from kitchen items to cleaning supplies to snorkeling gear, fostering a best-of-both-worlds feeling of “staying at home” while enjoying a tropical vacation. The location of the condo is also fantastically convenient, with close proximity by car to gas stations, big-name stores such as Safeway and Wal-Mart, a mix of both quick fast food options and wonderful sit-down restaurants and breweries, the Kona airport, and an array of incredible tour experiences, landmarks, and beach parks in West Hawaii. No AC was a little tough to get use to but overall it was a good location, a good place for a good price. They offered a lot of accommodations like bougie boards, googles chairs. That was very nice! I enjoyed my stay

My first impression upon entering Kaia's airbnb is that it was immaculately clean. Everything from the kitchen, to the bathroom and laundry are functioning properly. The owner is friendly and respectful of privacy as well Sitting in the deck is very peacefu with a slight breeze. It sits above Kona so the weather is much cooler. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to do morning walks. Yiu can also see the sunset and ocean from the studio's bedroom window. This place is nice and clean, well-organised and has everything we’d need. The location is great - we regularly visited Banyan beach and Magic sand beach. There is market nearby with fruits, vegetables and coffee. Moreover, there is a place with very very good poke right across the street. The bus station is very close but buses go only once per hour and may not always be very convenient, however, we also used it (it’s free) to go to Kailua-Kona for a dinner. The host is responsive and helpful!
