We had a great stay at this apartment. It was hard to pick a location in Rhodes because we had 3 days and wanted to see different parts of the island. We settled on this one because it is close to Rhodes Town but also across the street from a nice, quiet beach. It is about a 25 minute walk into the old town, but a quick drive. There is lots of parking outside the apartment. The beach is immediately across the street and the apartment has beach gear. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the marina is a quick walk. The apartment has been fully renovated and is in great shape. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Rhodes!

. We had a great stay in this clean, modern and ideally located accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. The bedding is very comfortable, which guarantees good nights of rest. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing! The welcome was particularly nice: drinks, wine, beer and pastries were waiting for us on arrival — a real plus that allows you to fully enjoy the first evening without worrying about shopping. The patio is a real asset, very pleasant for eating outside, even when it is hot. Finally, Georges is an exceptional host: warm, available and always ready to help. He speaks perfect French, which makes communication even easier. He responds very quickly to messages, which is really appreciated. We highly recommend this place and will be back with pleasure!

What a fantastic place!! Clean, tidy, friendly, picturesque and with all the amenities we wanted and needed. It was the perfect little oasis! Leonidas was very welcoming and provided a handy local guide for restaurants, public transport, beaches and excursions. The location is about a 20 minute walk from town but there are bikes on site that you can use, alternatively it’s about 4 minutes by car to the centre where there are a number of nice restaurants and shops as well as a beach. For us, we were grateful of our rental car that allowed us to explore more of the island and for that, Kolympia was a brilliant base being less than a 30 minute drive from all the main attractions on the eastern side of the island We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

The villa looked like the pictures, it was fantastically beautiful. The location is easily accessible by car. It's very quiet and beautiful in this place. The pool and Jacuzzi have been cleaned daily. Unfortunately, the villa was not cleaned completely thoroughly upon arrival, but the staff responded immediately and came to clean again.
