Monthly Rentals in Kolová

Our stay in Karlovy was a short one night adventure on our way home from Prague and I'm so glad we stumbled upon Aleksandr's place. It was the perfect small unit for two people and the balcony had the most beautiful view! It was in great walking distance from the Main Street/town, but beware this apartment sits above all of that, so if you are walking, it will be a steep hill on the way back. However there are restaurants and grocery stores on the same level of the apartment that are very easy to get to! Overall our experience was great and we will hopefully be back soon!

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

Staying at this place was simply wonderful! Sarka was truly attentive and responsive host. The location was exactly what we wanted - quiet and calm, but by car a few minutes to the city centre. We also took public transport to the city centre, so it’s a really good option when you don’t want to pay for parking in the city. The airbnb itself was very cosy and cute and it had everything we needed and didn’t need (the kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen💁‍♀️). The beds were pretty comfortable as well. So overall a very cool place, would 100% recommend! My only regret is that the weather wasn’t nice enough so that we could sit and grill outside. Next time!

We were completely delighted with Gabriel's apartment, which is located in an exceptionally beautiful house and grounds at the end of a quiet street. The contactless check-in went smoothly, the pretty, tastefully furnished apartment was sparkling clean and as described - you immediately feel at home. The bathroom is very nice, the bed very comfortable, large windows that are easy to darken. There is a well-functioning mobile hot plate and a smaller fridge in the apartment. The garden pavilion and around it invite you to sit (together). Gabriela is an extremely friendly, easily accessible, likeable and helpful hostess who makes everything possible and we are absolutely delighted, both from her and from the accommodation in a good location for activities in nature, as well as culture within a good (car etc)distance! Great!!! The location is great, you can go straight away from the house into nature and
