Apartment holiday rentals in Koločep

We really enjoyed our stay on Koločep! The apartment is located in a beautiful bay with stunning views, away from the main town and therefore very tranquil. The apartment itself is comfortable with an equipped kitchen and outdoor space to relax. It was quite hot at night but we understand there is a plan to install air conditioning soon. We enjoyed swimming, snorkelling and walking through the pine forests. Josko picked us up by boat for easy access to the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us a tour around the island by boat, sharing his knowledge and some great stories.

Indescribably great location with sandy beach right outside the door. Surroundings quiet, secluded and beautiful for walking and hiking. Directly in the vicinity of the hotel with restaurant next door, on the beach opposite a tavern (with freshly grilled fish and seafood) and the small bar. Twice a day a small boat docks (connection to Dubrovnik), which we found well thanks to Ivan's instructions. It is about 25 minutes on foot to the other place on the island. There you will find 2 restaurants, another sandy beach, the only small village shop (fresh goods such as bread come daily with the 10:30 ferry and prices are of course a bit high) and the official ferry (connection Dubrovnik - Elaphiti Islands). We had a quiet, relaxed time. If you are looking for a slower pace (there are no cars on the island, only smaller means of transport) and seclusion away from the tourist crowds, this is the place for you. Even though, of course, day-trippers visit the island every day.

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

The apartment was wonderful: very clean, bright and cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the apartment, and there’s also a nearby bus stop with a direct route to the Old Town. The apartment is fully equipped — from shampoo and conditioner to kitchenware and even cooking oil. The hosts, Minela & Miloš, kindly left us some sweets and juice — a lovely and thoughtful gesture! Whenever we had questions, they responded right away. Very kind and friendly hosts. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time. The apartment is very cute and beautifully decorated. It’s very private and the outdoor space that goes with the apartment ties it all together. From the seating area outside you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea and the harbor with the most beautiful sunsets. Natalia was always there if we needed something and responded immediately. She gave us many great tips and really stood out with how friendly and caring she was. We would definitely come again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Koločep! The airbnb had an amazing view of the water and was so beautiful. Josip met us at the start of the stairs which was so lovely and allowed us to easily find the accommodation. Had all the amenities you would need. We were also at the end of the season so had the whole balcony to ourselves. Zlata and Josip were very accommodating letting us stay later then the original check out time. Highly recommended staying here!

What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed,with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mari’s apartment in an amazing location. Great to get out of busy Dubrovnik city to be by the sea and cool off with a swim right by the apartment. Mari was a wonderful host - lovely and very helpful. Her son also very helpful in picking up from the airport (€30 - standard taxi fare from airport to the city).

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. Exactly as shown in the photos with plenty of amenities provided - extra towels and toiletries. Also it was very clean. The location is close enough to old town in an Uber or taxi (roughly a 5 minute drive). I would highly recommend and would love to return again!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Daniela's for our honeymoon. The accommodations are very private and the outdoor area is especially beautiful. We would definitely stay again the next time we're in Dubrovnik.

We spent four nights at Kolocep, and were lucky enough to rent with Zorka. The apartment was located in quiet area, 2 minutes from the beach(sand) and 5 minutes walk from beautiful rocks and crystal clear water. Zorka and her daughter Barbra gave us freshly made lemonade and homemade apple pie upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything essential to cooking a full dinner. PS: make sure to do grocery shopping on mainland, as the small market on Kolocep is very limited and equally expensive (big Konzum market is right by the port) We also recommend buying the ferry tickets in advance, as the tickets sell out fast. We experienced that the hard way, by having to kill 4,5 hours on mainland before going out to the island again.

We had a wonderful stay - we were made to feel very welcome by the entire family. The location is perfect, close to a great beach, and the island is beautiful. The accommodation is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. We wished we could have stayed for longer! Thank you so much!

Location was perfect with a stunning view of the city! Would highly recommend anyone divisions dubrovnik to stay here. The space was spotless and Alenka even met us early to let us in so we could leave our bags as we explored. 10/10!

This was hands-down the best air BnB that we have ever stayed in, the pictures don’t do it justice the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Josip and Tea were amazing hosts, it felt like we were visiting old friends. Josip helped us with the suitcase as well as taking us out on his boat, letting us use the SUPs and kayak and telling us all we needed to know about the island. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends too.

Stay was nice. Place is very clean and with very nice view to the sea, we enjoyed that every evening in the balcony.

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Beautiful view. Aircon working properly. Nice jacuzzi. Clean. Good kitchen. Great location. Soline is far less touristy than the areas nearby. Also you could’nt hear the road next to, only nature voices. Staff is friendly. Made us feel welcome. Recommended.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

I can’t say enough nice things about Davor’s home!! It is incredibly well located, right in the old town. Easy to access, countless restaurants everywhere, and 2min walk to the ocean!

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The environment is perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and virtually right on the doorstep. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!
