In an old factory town in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior design offer everything loft lovers want. Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

Your well-being is important to us. Breathe in the fresh North Sea air and unwind. Husum is only 3.5 km away. Here you can shop extensively and experience what low tide and high tide mean. From the march, you can easily reach the seaside resorts of Büsum or Sankt Peter Ording by car.

Holiday in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt, we are close to the North Sea. Parking is possible directly next to the entrance. The apartment offers space for up to 3 people. In the bedroom, there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).
