Beachfront holiday rental in Kołczewo

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

Very nice apartment, in a pleasant complex and great surroundings. The apartment is located in a fenced complex, at the end of the building, so it was very quiet, a fixed parking space on the complex was also very pleasant, especially if you should come in the high season. We lacked nothing in the apartment to have a nice time. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just a few minutes, almost just across the street. In the high season there are many possibilities of restaurants, bakers and the like, but also in winter some nice shops are open and right in front is a Zabka, so you can quickly get what you need there. For us it was perfect and we had a lovely time, the communication was also very good, very quick answers and instructions that left no questions unanswered. We would book a place to stay there again anytime, thank you so much!

Agnieszka & Sygmunt are amazing hosts. They took super good care of our well-being...whether fresh blueberries, fresh waffles for breakfast or even extra towels...everything was wonderful. There were also extra offers, such as boating or using SUPs at your own small swimming spot. We could have also used a Yakuzi. Really a wonderful time for the 3 of us with a dog. Thank you for this great holiday at your place!

The imperial villas are a very clear recommendation. Super clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. 5*!

We spent a weekend in the apartment, it was a really nice time. We had all we needed for us and for our dog. The beach, the market and restaurants were close by. The communication with Milena was easy and she answered fast. The apartment is new and really good maintained. We recommend it 100%

We had a lovely stay. We could easily get into the very clean house with a key box, even an early check-in was not an issue. The house is very modernly furnished and has almost everything you need. We were exclusively eating, which we were missing was the oven for the rolls and cups. The bedrooms are on the upper floor and the bathroom downstairs, we still lacked a light - but only so that the children can find their way to the bathroom at night. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions in the area. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The beach is fantastic! There are still beach accessories in the house. The property has a pool and playground that was more than sufficient for the children. Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbors who did not observe the night's rest at midnight. But that's a matter of luck, of course. In front of the house is a grill and seating. The landlord was always available.

Staying at the place was really nice- modern, clean and very cozy. The location is perfect: many shops and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. However, I found the check in and out a bit complicated. You have to drive extra to an office that is about 2 km away from the accommodation - without a car this is a bit cumbersome. I was also surprised that there was no coffee and tea in the accommodation. Maybe you could improve that in the future - just a little tip from me. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. Thank you

We stayed a few days for a little break in Pawel's apartment. The apartment is super nice, tidy and clean. It's all exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. On the roof terrace you can look wonderfully over the sea and have a great view of the sunsets. It is a very quiet area but a very nice complex. It is not far to the beach and the nearest place is also within walking distance. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it. We would book the apartment again anytime.

We had a great time in Aleksandra's beautiful apartment. All the necessary information was provided in detail by her, there was even a welcome wine and the apartment was super equipped. The beds (including the sofa bed) were totally comfortable and the pool was just great! We will definitely come back 🤩

We spent wonderful days there. We will be happy to book accommodation again. However, it was very unfortunate that the beach chair will not be available until the end of May in great weather. And there are no towels in the laundry package for the sauna. An info in this regard would have been great, you just have to pack it. But otherwise, mega view, nice apartment, we felt comfortable.

The place was super nice and clean! Everything was available and the view from the terrace was a dream! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you! We'll be back. 😊

My two daughters and I had a great time! By the sea - what more could you want:-) Dariusz is a great host: One of my daughters took one of the spa/gym cards by mistake - Dariusz was totally relaxed and said: just send us the card by mail and everything is good! That's what I call a top host!!!!

I was there with my parents and our dog We were very pleased. The lake by pedal boat and jacuzzi in the garden were perfect. It is also ideal for dogs.

Definitely recommend, Host Joanna was perfect ; she responded quickly and described everything beautifully. The location is perfect, it took about 15 minutes to get to the beach. The apartment is beautifully equipped and clean. I also tried the pool in the complex and only recommend the men.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment is well furnished, has a great layout, the bathroom is super modern, the kitchen has everything you could want. Salt in the apartment saved us over Easter, thank you so much for that! In 3 minutes walk you are at the Baltic Sea, really beautiful. We'll be back.

Highly recommend! Don't let the building look off-it's perfect inside! The apartment is right next to the beach and on the main street in Dziwnów, so the restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Contacting the owners, nothing to add ! Effortless and perfect ! The mother of Mr. Irenee is a wonderful woman who is dog-friendly. So if you're going with your pet to that area, I recommend this place !

It's a dream come true! The apartment is simply fantastic – super stylishly furnished, with great attention to detail and exactly as in the pictures! The location is perfect - in the centre, everything is within walking distance. But the absolute highlight for me was the spa area – simply wow! A place to unwind and enjoy. I felt totally comfortable from the first moment. Communication was great, check-in uncomplicated – I will definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment with kitchen-living room, associated terrace and double bedroom. The couch could be pulled out. TV available. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Microwave and dishwasher available next to fridge and freezer. Shower room with toilet is also very pleasant. Terrace equipped with furniture. It was quiet with us in October, the place now sleeps. Beach within walking distance. Lovely little apartment, recommended!

A holiday apartment (terraced middle house) in a complex of numerous surrounding holiday houses, apartments and complexes is being assessed [= no privately used apartment] + inviting, very clean and well-maintained outdoor area + short walk to the beach + top service, thought of everything, well organised + Interior design: no standard doors, walls, surfaces, floors, tiles, but appealing and of a high standard + very clean and well-maintained rooms + well thought-out, chic solutions, e.g. tiled shelves next to the spa in the bathroom + spacious and beautiful cupboards + Equipment with dishes, pots, cutlery, broom, vacuum cleaner, mop, etc. is great Small Sinks: - Mattresses, especially the front one in the parents' bedroom, too soft and sagging - Fly nets or screens or blinds and the bedrooms upstairs are missing [As of: 01/06/2025]

We spent a week our vacation in the apartment, the welcome was extremely warm so that we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cozy, everything we needed to relax was there. The location was fantastic 5 minutes to the beach, but very quiet . It was all within walking distance of great places to eat and do activities. Conclusion thanks to Beata's great accommodation, our vacation was so beautiful🥰 we will definitely book again if we can . We highly recommend the place.

We had a very nice week in the accommodation. It is very clean and equipped with the most important. The landlords are very nice and helpful and since they live in the same house were always available. The covered outdoor area is shared with other guests. This is equipped with a great barbecue and plenty of seating. However, the best part of the listing is its fantastic location! After a 3-4-minute walk through the adjacent pine forest, you are already at the beautiful and clean sand beach. This also offers the opportunity for long beach walks. We will definitely come back!
