Holiday rentals with breakfast in Koksijde

Very clean, spacious and quiet house; the garage is a plus for the car but also the bikes. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen amenities work but the fridge sometimes makes a surprising helicopter noise and the built-in oven deserves to be fixed. Good communication with Valerie, very responsive.

We were two as a couple in Anna's apartment and can absolutely recommend it as a starting point for a holiday in Belgium. Great location (very quiet), nice and clean, delicious breakfast (there was also vegan for us) and very pleasant communication with Anna. We will be happy to come back. :)

Nathalie, greeted my daughter and I, welcoming us into her store, home and our room in the upstairs attic. She showed us how to use the coffee maker and made us a delicious, authentic and unique breakfasts each morning and left us to ourselves the rest of each day to explore Brugge, giving us plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. We loved our conversations at breakfast and will remember both Nathalie, her beautiful cats, Rajah and Aslan, and her cozy home fondly. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a peaceful and relaxing stay (and doesn’t mind a tiny bit of a steep staircase to the attic room!). Robin and Faith

A wonderful stay with nothing at all to be criticized! The apartment was tip top in order and the amenities were more as standard. The sweet hostess and host make sure you don't miss anything! Cozy, well-appointed, and well-stocked apartment. Our family slept very well! The upstairs attic bedroom was perfect for our kids. Tram stop was maybe two minutes away, and the beach was only a little farther. Best of all, Karl was a magnificent host. Very responsive, gracious, and accomodating.

We stayed there for 1 night. Matches the description Very quiet. Well-equipped accommodation. 2 beds. Clean with all amenities. Private parking. Friendly host. I would highly recommend it.

My trip was a cycling trip. It was really important to me to be able to keep my bike safe. I was able to bring my bike inside. I’d like to have been nearer to the town centre for walking to a restaurant but that’s my only criticism. Not sure I’d like to spend more than a few days here though. It’s great for a stopover but I’d feel a little claustrophobic if it was longer.

A real guest room: Suzanne welcomes you with a smile, communication goes very well right away, the room without being exceptional is very clean and well equipped and breakfast is hearty and allows a last exchange with Suzanne. The icing on the cake is the beautiful house that has character and is located almost in the centre. If I go back to the area, I'll go back.

Excellent night spent at Francine and Michael's, very welcoming couple and took care of our bikes. The room is very large, perfectly equipped and has everything you need to stay. Breakfast is very gourmet to leave in great shape! We'll be back:)

Very good stay at Ellen and Chris's. We were very well received and were able to enjoy the relaxation facilities available at our leisure. Special mention for the really excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Germana's place is great to visit Kortrijk : close to the center, we felt like at home. Germana is responsive and lives on the spot, which makes it easy to communicate. At the same time, the place where we staid upstairs (a bedroom with a little sofa, a table and a private separate bathroom) allowed us to have some privacy. The breakfast we shared with Germana and her husband was also a great way to start the day.

A nice meeting! Very warm welcome. Jean Marie takes great care of her hosts by adapting to their profile and needs. We strongly recommend this friendly and comfortable step.

The apartment is in a good location for exploring all that Bruges has to offer. It's on a nice quiet street and is comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay including tea/coffee making facilties. Bruges is a beautiful place to visit with lots of bars/restaurants and cafes. We went to the top of the belfry which was a wonderful experience with great views over the town and beyond. I would recommend the Blackbird for breakfast . The decor, atmosphere and food were wonderful.

Lander is an amazing host, and made our stay in Bruges one of the most comfortable ever on AirBnB. The location of the BnB is absolutely fantastic. A brisk 5 minute walk to the Market Square, the Beer Wall and other major points of interest, yet tucked away on a quiet street so you avoid the hustle of day-trippers. Highly recommended!

These are guest rooms on a farm. A dream come true for the children. Lots of friendly animals and plenty of space to romp around. We were the only guests that weekend and Marianne prepared breakfast and cooked dinner especially for us. Both were very tasty with lots of local and/or homemade food. We really enjoyed our short stay.
