Holiday rentals with a pool in Kokkini Hani

Lia was so helpful and amazing during our stay. Fast responses when asked questions, she provided us with not only comfort but made us feel like we are at home. We didn’t have a car so lia was kind enough to help us in every way possible. Lia was the best hostess we could have asked for and we are so grateful for her. Definitely the best place we have ever booked and we will definitely be recommending this to others and we will come back for sure!

We can highly recommend this accommodation. It's tucked away in a very secluded spot, which makes it wonderfully peaceful. At the same time, you can reach restaurants and a mini market in just a few minutes. A car is essential! The garden is stunning. The biodiversity is incredible. There's always something new to discover. The house is quite small and simply furnished, but that was absolutely fine. Everything was clean, and that's what matters most. The long driveway leading to the house can be a bit intimidating—it just slopes down without any railing or guard. But that’s just part of the Cretan charm. Giannis was always very friendly and helpful—thank you for everything! We also got to know the neighboring family and even visited them. Such kind people. And the animals! Aphroditi the horse, a peacock, chickens, and turkeys—our daughter loved them. Overall a great experience. We were very happy and would definitely recommend it. Who knows—maybe we’ll be back in a few years!

Kindest and sweetest hosts. Went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always readily available for questions. Location is perfect and close to all the best spots. Private rooftop pool is lovely. Huge thanks for letting us check out late as there was no booking till the following day. It made all the difference in the world to our long trip home!

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

The place was spotless, clean, and tidy. Pamela welcomed us for our short stay in Heraklion. We were well settled there, about fifteen minutes by car from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport, which made it easier to organise the end of our stay.

An absolutely perfect stay! The villa was beautiful, very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, two coffee machines, tea maker, microwave, oven, stove, large refrigerator, freezer with ice cubes and complete kitchen equipment - absolutely nothing was missing. The pool was sparkling clean🏊, the barbecue station perfectly equipped🔥. The fantastic view of the sea 🌊 was a real highlight and ensured relaxed moments. Also air conditioning in every room❄️, modern TV 📺 and stable, fast internet - everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable, didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the time😌. The host has prepared everything with great attention to detail – from the furnishings to the cleanliness. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation – 10 out of 10! 🌟

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A dream holiday with friends – DejaView in Crete is a real gem! We were able to spend some unforgettable days in the holiday home DejaView – and it was simply fantastic! The house itself is modern, stylish and equipped with everything you could wish for. The spacious pool and the breathtaking view of the Cretan landscape all the way to the sea inspired us every day. But what really makes this place special is the host. From the first moment, he was incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – after a very short time, it felt as if we had found a friend on site. Whether tips for excursions, restaurant recommendations or just a nice conversation - he was always there for us and made our stay something very special. DejaView is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy and feel good. We will definitely be back.

An outstanding location in a beautiful development. A beach with crystal clear waters, and a beautiful pool. This is a perfect home for either two small families, or a larger family with "in-law" space. The balcony views are spectacular.

Smaller than the space appears to be in the photos but clean and well appointed. Danielle, our host, was helpful, a great communicator, and accessible. Great to be able to communicate easily when out of country. The pool is small, good for refreshing only. Be prepared for 3 flights of steep stairs to gain entry.

This was the second year running that we stayed at this apartment(4 weeks this time), and it was just as good as last year. We booked 10 months in advance and was in contact with Michalis 3 or 4 times during the year. Just before we arrived we requested that some provisions were available as we had a very late flight and Michalis provided water, milk, fruit and even some raki with honey! (nice welcome). As usual the apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels; plus a new digital washing machine (quick wash 15 mins! ) The pool is a big bonus if you don't fancy the 20-25 min walk down to Hersonissos. Lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby villages of Piskopiano and Koutoufoulari. Car hire is also available. Already thinking of returning next year.

Ioanna was a fantastic host. She was very welcoming and helpful at any time. Our little stone house had a perfect view over Heraklion and the valley. We enjoyed the silence of the whole place and the privacy of the small house with some space to the other houses. Everything was clean and tidy. We were lucky to have the pool area almost by ourselves to cool down on the hot days. We definitely recommend to stay there, if you are searching for a spot to relax and come down. Thanks again, Ioanna, for making our holiday so relaxing and memorable.

Irene has a nice, small appartment building. The pool is great, and the terrace and balcony were both nice. You can hear the planes, but you can't want to be 10 min from the airport and NOT hear them! It really didn't bother us at all, inside. Otherwise, quiet surroundings, easy drive to the city, close to the aquarium, which was lovely. I only wish there had been some soap and shampoo in the bathroom. We enjoyed our 3 night stay before flying out. The groundskeeper is smiley and helpful, also.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is well equipped, walkable from old town and beach. Totally recommend!

Great family-run place in Crete. The food at the taverna is AMAZING, and there’s always a daily special which was the highlight of the menu. Huge apartment, ocean views, easy access to drive to several beaches in the area.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the villa Feronia. Catherine and Manolis left wine and beer in the fridge as well as all the basics needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry corner. The Garden and the pool area is duper nice and well equipped too. As the weather was cool end of October, we used the jacuzzi instead of the pool. Arrival and departure were smoothly organized. Catherine reacted promptly whenever we had a question. We would definitely come again !

We had a lovely 2 week stay at the villa. The view and facilities were outstanding. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the villa to all families and groups. We were supplied with everything we needed including cots and child safety gates. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and checking whether we needed anything.

A stunning location, you could never get bored of the view it’s intoxicating! The house is spacious and clean with everything you need inside as well as being in walking distance to some lovely little restaurants and wine tasting. Would highly recommend!!

We felt very comfortable in Manolis' apartment. :o) It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. On foot you can reach the small town center, where there are many restaurants. Apart from that, Manolis also has nice tips in the area. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the beautiful accommodation. Thank you very much, dear Manolis.

Charming place! Aristeidis and his wife Marina are very polite, attentive and hospitality people! During all our rest they were ready to answer any our questions and give advice and help! The villa is very beautiful and comfortable! It is well equipped with different devices! From the second there is charming view all around! The private swimming pool was very clean and gave us possibility to enjoy private rest! The size of the pool is enough even for the big company! Sakalani is very cosy village with beautiful delicious taverns! There are many different olive and grape farms near the village! The villa is situated only 10 minutes from Heraclion! Definitely I and my family are very thankful to Aristeidis for our wonderful rest and time that we spent on his Vila! I strongly recommend this place for the vacations on Crete!

We had an amazing stay here, 6 adults and 2 babies. The villa is beautiful and we really appreciated the separate baby pool and children's toys, as well as being provided with a travel cot and high chairs for both babies. Eleni was a great host, she was very responsive and organised a cleaner to come half way through the stay which was great. The location is good as it isn't in the main town. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars in Piskopiano and Koutouloufari, the first 5 minutes of the walk is uphill. We hope to return next year!
