Beachfront holiday rental in Kokkini Hani

we had a great week at Maria's place. The covered terrace is the most beautiful room in the house with a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away, but beware, for people who have difficulty walking, the slope is rather steep to climb. Maria is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. Agia Pelagia remains a small seaside resort very well located to visit the North of the island. Beautiful discovery

I’ve stayed here before and always come back! The location is central, but when you close the balcony door, you can’t hear any noise from the main street. Dani welcomed us very warmly and is an amazing host.

Athina and her family are great hosts, very warm and helpful. They do it with heart, you can tell. There's no better way to do it! They are also available at any time if you have questions, just great! The place is as shown in the pictures. We were there with our little son and dog, both were very warmly welcomed. For children, there are toys for digging, high chairs and a paddling pool. We also received some great gifts, which is also very nice. (Fruit, olive oil, wine and homemade snacks) Parking spaces can always be found, either on the property or on the street. You can reach many great restaurants and a great sandy beach in a short time by car. The neighbours are also very nice. We can only recommend it for families!

Had a great time here! Vasilis was very accommodating and the place came as expected. Clean, great views of the water, and centrally located to the shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

An oasis of calm close to the seafront, harbour and old town. The house is beautifully renovated and as all that you need for your stay. Communicating with the owners was excellent & we got an instant response. It would have been helpful to have a bit more information about services in the immediate area especially grocery shops. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others.

This quaint AirBnB was not only comfortable but also a stone’s throw away from the beach. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment - would totally recommend! (Side note: Crete is a gorgeous but absolutely HUGE island, if you want to get around easily and visit other beaches you should definitely hire a car) 🇬🇷

Dora and her family were so friendly and helpful. Dora collected us from the bus and arrived the next morning with a pot of soup. Delicious. Everything about the accommodation was amazing. A lovely apartment nice pool area , nice walks. Bravo restaurant and staff are fantastic. Antonis is so friendly and welcoming. It’s our favourite restaurant. I would highly recommend this Airbnb

Had a great stay! Thank you for your warm hosting, as well as your responsiveness and flexibility. The Airbnb is very well located: about 20-25 min from Heraklion by car and 10 min from the center of Hersonissos. Not having a vehicle, I got around by bus or taxi. There is a stop right in front of the accommodation (at the Zorbas Village Hotel) or another stop about 15-20 minutes walk. It is better to have a car to get around, go shopping because the Airbnb is a little out of the way, there is no hypermarket nearby on foot, it is a tourist area with many hotels, the molo café opposite offers free deckchairs. The location is very nice and safe, there are a lot of buses, taxis, cars but it's not too disturbing. The sea is right across the street, not even 2 minutes away, the view from the garden is great (of the sea and the mountains). The accommodation is comfortable and perfect for one or two people. I would definitely stay again.

What a gem! This villa in Agia Pelagia is the perfect getaway. You get the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of a fully equipped villa with stunning views, just a short walk from one of the best beaches in the area. The villa is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need — whether you're staying for a few days or a longer vacation with kids. The showers are excellent (especially the one on the top floor), with strong water pressure and hot water available all day. The pool is a real highlight — private, clean, and super relaxing. And if you're renting a car, there's convenient private parking included. Fanis is a true superhost — responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning to return next year!

The Hilltop Villas are exactly as shown in the photos. Modern facility, tip-top maintained. Very attentive hosts. Giannis and his mother Anna were very attentive and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed staying with them!

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitrios’ house in Lygaria! The home is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to the beach and local tavernas. Dimitrios was an exceptional host, welcoming, responsive, and full of helpful tips to make our stay even better. One thing to note is that there are sound monitors inside the house. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Crete.

Great! Go for it! The accommodation: Wow! Clean, cozy, comfort. A magnificent terrace with a private jacuzzi that we enjoyed a lot and a breathtaking view of the small port. A kitchen with everything you need (fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). 2 beautiful bathrooms with everything you need (towels, products, etc.). Comfortable rooms. A living room with Netflix, for those who want to relax a little in the evening. The welcome: Wow! Harry was waiting for us with a smile, despite our delay (plane, car rental, the vagaries of travel🤣). On site a lot of things to start our holidays well: fruit, cold cuts, bread, water, coke and lunch (jams, honey, coffee...) The big plus: Thanks to Harry for his good advice (places to visit, restaurants, taverns, beaches, etc.) and their constant availability and speed in responding during our stay. The place: Very nice port, a little noisy and lively in the evening. A good start to travel.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around the area and very close to Heraklion so easy to get around. Overall extremely affordable and as described with a very responsive host. I would definitely stay again and recommend completely.

A truly fantastic place to stay. Exceptionally well stocked apartment with absolutely everything you would need for a long or short stay. Close to lots of restaurants, but well stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook. Beautiful terrace for dining, both undercover and outside. Host Viky is charming and friendly and could not be more helpful. We hope to return another time.

5 stars are not enough to give Komissa's. The home is beautiful, historic and unbelievably located. It was not lacking in any amenity and if it was Yvonne was available to provide it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. Yvonne is a fabulous hostess; every recommendation was spot on and she was kind enough to take me to her favorite taverna where we were treated like queens. She goes the extra mile (kilometer) to ensure you have everything you could want or need. She makes sure you see the "real" Crete, not just what the tour books tell you. While the pictures are 100% accurate and completely represent the home, u you cannot see just how centrally located the home is until you are there. And the rooftop! So peaceful and surrounded by so many beautiful plants I cannot wait to come back, now that I've traveled through Greece, i can spend my entire vacation at Yvonne's home. 100 stars all the way and i can't wait to come back to Ag.Pelagia! Thanos is a wonderful host and was extremely responsive throughout the booking process. He was there to greet us on arrival and also when we departed, which was pretty early in the morning! He is extremely helpful and his parents are also on hand to answer any questions or give any recommendations. Beautiful location opposite the beach and surrounded by restaurants/bars.
