Monthly Rentals in Koillismaa

A house like in paradise. Seeing the midnight sun over the lake was a magical experience. We sat for hours (until the early hours of the morning) in the very cosy living room, enjoying the silence and the beautiful view. Several times we could even observe reindeer on the neighbouring property. The most comfortable bed was in the piano room, with a direct view of the garden and the lake. The other beds were also cosy - on top of the gallery only a little sagging and the single beds downstairs were too narrow for adults. But if you push them together, it works wonderfully. On the terrace, we were able to make ourselves very comfortable on the garden furniture, enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the lake. Of course, we also enjoyed using the large sauna in the separate sauna house and the rowing boat. A lovely gesture from the hostess was chocolate, grapes and lemonade. Thank you so much!

The property is really good for its location. Based on the photos and description, it is a cozy and good apartment. When I got there, it was even better. It contains everything you can imagine you need. I'll rent it again next time if it's available. Thanks to Samuli, you responded quickly and clearly to the messages. The holiday really felt like a holiday in this apartment.

Very neat apartment in a quiet housing association. Own parking space, from which there were not many steps to the apartment on the first floor, the cleaning of the rooms was easy. The housing association's sauna was also just a few steps away and easy to book/use. There were very few other reservations. Several times during the week, after a long hiking trip, we relaxed in the sauna, it was great! Everything you need was found in the apartment, from detergents to spices and sauna peflette. There were very clear pictorial instructions for everything, you can't go wrong and you don't have to stress about checking in or heating the sauna. The location is excellent for a national park buff, for example, the starting point of the Little Bear Tour is about half an hour away, and Riisitunturi, Hossa and Syyte are not far away. Great, fully matching property and very friendly Host, strong recommendation!

The apartment fully met my expectations and everything went great with the host! The place was clean and found everything you need. The apartment was really quiet and there were no sounds from outside or from the neighbour.
