Drinking water is delivered to the cottage and washing water is obtained from a clear pond. There's a gas stove and a gas refrigerator. There is no electricity in the cabin, but a battery and inventory can be found for charging the phone

Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and spacious. There is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen downstairs. There's also plenty of room and sleeping space on the loft. A new beach sauna will be built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the comforts of modernity, and the large windows open up to a great lake view in two directions. Private new beach cottage on a large plot, amphitheater-like location on the shores of the very clean Lake Livojärvi, on the Lapland Riviera. Two saunas (wood-heated and electric-heated) and a hot tub. You may see reindeer right in the yard of the cottage. During the summer season (May to August), we offer two SUP boards, a boat and fishing gear. A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent.
