And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Located just a 5 minute walk from Koggala lake, a 15 minute drive to Ahangama town & stunning beaches, our home is situated in an incredible environment, surrounded by nature, where it's wonderful to watch the local langur monkeys playing in the trees, and listen to the birds signing. Our tiny home space includes a spacious bedroom with outstanding views, an outdoor bathroom with cold shower, a kitchenette, and views of the local lake and nature Free parking available

Villa Lankari Ahangama

Villa Lankari is our little paradise, surrounded by cinnamon plantations and rice fields—a peaceful retreat in nature. We’ve lovingly renovated it to make it cozy and comfortable, so you can unwind and enjoy Sri Lanka’s beauty. While tucked away in tranquility, you’re still close to everything: Ahangama is just 10 minutes by scooter, and Kabalana Beach only 6 minutes away. We also have a scooter for rent if you need one. We hope you’ll feel as at home as we do!:)

Cottage by the Lake (5 mins from the beach)

Tucked away in lush green, you will find the Cottage which is situation on the Kogalla lake, just 1 km away from the beach, and minutes away from Ahangama where you will find lots of entertainment and great surf spots. The Cottage is peaceful, private and quiet. Soak in the sounds of nature, watch birds pass by while the monkeys keep an healthy distance. Don’t forget to take a dip in our almost infinity pool and dine on our peer!
