With plenty of cozy corners and a garden with a swimming pool, we've created the ultimate destination for fun and relaxation. Whether you're in the mood for some private downtime or ready for group shenanigans, it's all here for you to enjoy. And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep.

Kikili Paddy Apartment

Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

A stunning colonial mansion just 100 metres from Ahangama's Secret Beach and super close to many other stunning sandy bays. How about floating in the oversized pool, maybe enjoy a cold drink and laze in the pagoda under a soft breezy fan. With lots of different and beautiful spaces to enjoy, you’ll fall in love with this grand old mansion by the sea. Our wonderful team of 4 which includes a chef will ensure you are well taken care of. Villa Lankari is our little paradise, surrounded by cinnamon plantations and rice fields—a peaceful retreat in nature. We’ve lovingly renovated it to make it cozy and comfortable, so you can unwind and enjoy Sri Lanka’s beauty. While tucked away in tranquility, you’re still close to everything: Ahangama is just 10 minutes by scooter, and Kabalana Beach only 6 minutes away. We also have a scooter for rent if you need one.
