The Raven’s Roost will be your command center in Kodiak. This downstairs unit of a duplex is located in the center of town, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The open concept living area has a large smart TV, a fireplace, and a pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with one queen size bed and a larger bedroom with two queens, and a full bathroom has a bathtub, washer, and dryer. And the kids will love the buoy swing and treefort in the backyard!

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

Emerald Isle Getaway, Kodiak

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The home has three bedrooms & sleeps 8 guests with ease. Two rooms have full with twin top bunk beds, one room has a queen bed and if needed there is an additional air mattress available. This getaway offers all the benefits of home with heat throughout, ceiling fans in each room, and black out shades in the bedrooms for those bright Alaskan nights. Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
