Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Relax at this rustic log cabin located in Hope, Alaska. Enjoy hiking, cross country skiing and biking at this historic gold mining town. The cabin is comfy and unique although it does NOT have running water and is serviced by an outhouse. The queen bed and twin bed are upstairs making the cabin unsuitable for persons with mobility issues and children. NO PETS AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 12. No businesses are available during winter months, watch the road condition reports.

PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides.
