There is a distance from the neighboring house, and the view of the fields spreads from the window, so you can spend a quiet and relaxing time. A Healing ceramic water purifier is installed at the water source. All the water that comes out of the faucet (including the bath) is delicious water that can be drunk as it passes through the water purifier. 15 minutes by car from Kochi Airport. It is a very convenient location, 12 minutes from the highway entrance, Nangoku Interchange, and 5 minutes from Nankoku South Interchange. It is not far from Kochi City, about 15 minutes. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.
