There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Take a walk to the Kochel lake, enjoy swimming and stand up paddle boarding , eat some yummy Bavarian food in several nice beer gardens close by, relax in the gorgeous Kristall Therme Trimini, hike up to the famous Jochberg Mountain or just relax in the spacious apartment and have a coffee on the balcony with a Mountain view and read a good book.
