A delightful surprise! The amenities, stunning views, and tranquil surroundings offered everything we could hope for in a perfect retreat!

This house is simply outstanding. Unhindered views of the Coral Sea and a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful Trinity Beach and all of its amenities. Great base for the awesome activities in and around Cairns. Swimming pool and its deck with its tropical tree background was very special. House was well equipped, like staying at a best friend’s house and that’s exactly what it felt like. Small stuff provided eg: salt, pepper, paper towel, cling wrap, hand soap, dish tabs, shampoo etc makes such a difference. Julie and Nathan were super responsive and everybody we met throughout our stay at the house were incredibly friendly and helpful and we could not have felt more looked after and at home. Thank you so much Julie & Nathan for sharing a very special home with us. PS. I was the overall pool winner. Not achieved such victories since I was 16. My sons are still insisting on a re-match in disbelief of their now semi-cool mum’s previously unbeknownst skill set. No Xbox’s in my day!

This was truly one of the best Airbnb‘s we have ever stayed in. It has everything and anything you could ever need. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve had in a hotel or Airbnb. The views and architecture of this house were phenomenal. It’s definitely a house. I would love to own and live one day. We had three great days up on the leg whiteboard in each day and plenty of space for everyone to still do what they needed to do and everyone not feel like that was stepping on each other’s toes.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and located in a beautiful, peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really appreciated the warm welcome, especially the bottle of wine waiting for us. The host was always quick to respond to any questions, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Thanks for having us at your place. It was a nice house with a lovely pool and beautiful backyard, even better is the view from the front deck at sun rise. The only thing I’d say is given the location a BBQ would be a great addition, we would have really appreciated this but got by without it. O’Sheas down the road is a good pub for food and a couple of beers, and the cafe is good too.

A great little home in an idyllic setting by Lake Tinaroo. Walking distance to the Quirky little town of Yungaburra and within driving distance to many natural wonders of FNQ which are definitely worth visiting. We had a lovely time while staying in this lovely little home enjoying many a meal on the back deck, while taking in the view and watching different wildlife pass by. The home was very clean & comfortable and our host Michelle was easily contacted providing any assistance where we needed. I highly recommend visiting the area and staying at this peaceful lakeside property. We have had a wonderful time exploring Yungaburra and many iconic tourist destinations in the surrounding areas, it really is a beautiful part of the country.

The house exterior may look like typical home but inside is filled with well equipped kitchen, play/leisure equipment & cozy comfortable living room. The house can be spilt into private 2 units which give more options for 2 families. Walking distance to lake. The nearest restaurant/grocery is 15-20 min drive away. Overall enjoyed the 3 nights stay with a family of 7.

This is a great place to stay. The balcony looks out over the main street and across to the beach. What a great spot to stop and relax. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

A home away from home. An amazing place to stay. Judi and David made us feel truly at home and nothing was too much to ask. By the end of your stay they are friends rather than air bnb hosts. Everything you could ever need was in there. We would definitely visit here again.

Jen is the most welcoming friendly host. The moment you enter the gates you are made feel right at home. Jen’s place is just stunning. Felt safe with the automatic gates. Beautiful gardens and water feature and even a fire pit for the cooler nights Jen’s is the perfect place to relax and unwind. A huge king size bed makes for the perfect night sleep. So quiet at night. The kitchen amenities have everything you need. Jen has thought of everything. This place is 10/10. I highly recommend Jen’s place. The only place to stay when visiting Mareeba. Thank you Jen so much for allowing us into your beautiful place.

Jenni was friendly and kind, made herself available if I needed anything. The space was clean and fun with lots of amenities, appliances and information available to me. The unit itself was at the back of the house so away from road noise, private and safe, whilst also being a short drive to the city centre and esplanade. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely consider returning and staying again.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Casey made check in super easy and included photos to make it easy to locate the keys. The cabin itself was immaculate, with ample linen and towels to make our stay nice and easy. It’s hard to pick one highlight, as the whole place was literally perfectly set out, but the kitchen is well worth mentioning with the perfect design and absolutely everything you need for cooking meals for ourselves of the evening. They were super kind and left a wide variety of supplies like spreads, oils, bread, butter and milk, even eggs and bacon although we didn’t get a chance to use them as we were in the village a lot of our stay. It wasn’t a downside for my 4WD and not to put any one off this wonderful place, but the driveway is quite steep, definitely worth noting if you have a small car that you might have a touch of trouble, but most cars would be fine with it honestly. I have zero complaints though, everything was perfect and so quiet! Would recommend!!

Jeanie was an incredible host, providing lush arrival package which made us feel even more at home. Her place is stunning and the surrounding area is beautiful. The perfect space to refresh, recharge, enjoy the outdoors and relax. Surrounded by fresh air, beautiful surrounds, placid farm animals and the most genuine and down-to-earth hosts. Do yourself a favour and catch a sunrise to two.
