Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Koah

This house is simply outstanding. Unhindered views of the Coral Sea and a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful Trinity Beach and all of its amenities. Great base for the awesome activities in and around Cairns. Swimming pool and its deck with its tropical tree background was very special. House was well equipped, like staying at a best friend’s house and that’s exactly what it felt like. Small stuff provided eg: salt, pepper, paper towel, cling wrap, hand soap, dish tabs, shampoo etc makes such a difference. Julie and Nathan were super responsive and everybody we met throughout our stay at the house were incredibly friendly and helpful and we could not have felt more looked after and at home. Thank you so much Julie & Nathan for sharing a very special home with us. PS. I was the overall pool winner. Not achieved such victories since I was 16. My sons are still insisting on a re-match in disbelief of their now semi-cool mum’s previously unbeknownst skill set. No Xbox’s in my day!

We spent 6 nights at Ruth’s cottage and it was absolutely perfect! Fantastic location, away from the bustle but close to amenities and perfectly located for exploring the area. We are avid birders and every morning we would bird the property while having coffee - it really is a special spot, and we were able to explore all of the birding hot spots in Cairns and Atherton easily from here. Totally recommend!

Overall, it was a great experience — we really loved the place! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful and modern house just next to the lake. Well designed too, very spacious. Large outdoor area. Well equipped too, we can’t fault, definitely will be back

Absolutely beautiful modern house that was very clean. We were very impressed with the little extras supplied, made the house feel like a home. We stayed with our children and grandchildren and were all more than comfortable. Highly recommend this piece of paradise.

Great location! Views, outdoor and indoor entertaining, multiple living spaces and a great pool. Perfect for multiple families staying together. This place is amazing So close to beach and house is equipped with everything. Would highly recommend. Thank you Barbara April 2025

Not to often are accomodation options so well equipped and furnished. 9/10 an investment property will be worth everything up until the house is built and the interior / exterior furnishings and accessories are just a minimum cost afterthought - not with this house, it had in some cases more conveniences and gadgets than you would even have at home. Thank you for putting in the effort. Would be great to stay again. And thank you from the bottom of my heart, not following the typical Australian trend of not allowing pets, we honestly struggle so much having them as a part of our family because everything becomes so inaccessible. Thank you. We hope that dog parents will respect your house as we did! Sometimes they are better behaved than kids! XD

Beautiful forest surroundings. Very peaceful after a busy day out. The house was well decorated and felt very homey. I loved all the crystals trinkets displayed around the house. It told a story and stood out from the rest

This is a great place to stay. The balcony looks out over the main street and across to the beach. What a great spot to stop and relax. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

A home away from home. An amazing place to stay. Judi and David made us feel truly at home and nothing was too much to ask. By the end of your stay they are friends rather than air bnb hosts. Everything you could ever need was in there. We would definitely visit here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Jeanie’s, the location is a wonderful, peaceful spot. Jeanie was a perfect host, attentive, friendly but also gives you all the space you need to relax. She provided a great welcome pack of food and drink and allowed us to check in early which was a big help as we had an early flight. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy and having access to the pool as well as a private spa was wonderful. We couldn’t recommend Jeanie’s highly enough, truly a fabulous Airbnb experience!

Was such a nice little gem up in the hills. Short drive from Cairns but felt a million miles away.
