his stay was everything we hope for in an Airbnb experience , where genuine hospitality and high-quality service make all the difference. The location was great: easy walk downhill to town, and the return uphill was very doable. The service was exceptional, always available, responsive, and even helped us connect with locals for excursions at great prices. Daily cleaning, a breathtaking view, and thoughtful touches like providing baby equipment (they even went out of their way to get a baby bathtub that wasn’t initially included) made our stay extra comfortable. A special mention to Mr. SAK, the kindest taxi driver we met ,very reasonably priced compared to others. We felt truly cared for. highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay in the heights of Koh Tao. Great experience. Be careful, however, the accommodation is difficult to access for drivers of unworked scooters.

What a great trip... Becky and Chris are super helpful, responsive and most important kind and caring. They were our guides of the Island Told us the best things to do... We had an amazing stay at Phillips Villa! Such a beautiful view…the pool was a highlight! Hosts were very accommodating! They cleaned out the villa while we were out and provided us a taxi service! Would love to stay again!

We were greeted by Caz who was SO helpful and gave us so many great recommendations for Koh Tao. Villa was in a perfect location, about a 10 minute walk away from the main strip, so close enough but far enough to not hear the hustle & bustle. P Sak, the taxi driver recommended by Caz, was the loveliest man ever - he was always so efficient and responded within a couple of minutes. He also picked us up from the Pier, arranged by Caz, which was super helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay! X

We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort is gorgeously located on the rocks right on the ocean. Stunning views. We could snorkel right off of our place and saw sea turtles every day. The food was great, the staff were friendly. The resort is rustic, it kind of felt like sleeping in a treehouse with an outdoor shower. With air conditioning!!

Wonderful hosts, very helpful and thoughtful packets in the space telling you about what restaurants to try and what areas around the island have to offer.

the hotel workers are always friendly and helpful. The location is above a hill so you have the advantages of great (extraordinary) views from the pool and dining room and a lot of tranquility but it has the inconvenience that if you do not rent transportation by walking there is a large slope to the hotel. We had a little mishap with the reservation because there were doubts about the type of room once the reservation was paid but the host was very attentive and we agreed through the same Airbnb app. We stayed with the views (although not from the room), the pool and the restaurant (very good). Recommended.

Very nice bungalows with a great view! The photos are a compilation of the different houses and do not correspond 1:1 to what we received in the end. But our accommodation was nice and with lots of nice extra services.

We had a great stay. Is a bit of a walk up the hill but worth it for the incredible view from the balcony.

May’s place looks exactly as in the photos. Place is spacious and has a nice design, surrounded by trees and nature. It’s at a walkable distance from everything you need: bars & restaurants, bike rentals, laundry and beach. However, the last 200-300m to the apartment are a little bit rural because you go on a dirt road, with not so many houses around, and you might meet (friendly) dogs from time to time. The host was also very helpful and responsive. She gave us recommendations for the ferry, for bike rentals and helped us with some internet issues. Overall would recommend!

We spent 6 beautiful nights here and will happily return if we get the chance! The apartment is pristine, well appointed, comfortable, plus the view is even better in real life. There are lots of small thoughtful touches throughout the apartment to ensure you really feel at home. Aircon in both the bedroom AND the lounge room is a huge bonus, as many places in Koh Tao only have aircon in the bedroom. Communication was fantastic, and we were even given a late check out which was much appreciated. This place is also really reasonably priced, honestly, it completely exceeded our expectations. We truly loved our time here :)

Had a perfect stay here. One of the most beautiful locations and views I have stayed in. Host is great and super helpful, keeps you in the loop with ongoing maintenance in the area, as well as an in depth itinerary of things to do in Koh Tao. House super clean, beds super comfy & once again the view at sunset is incredible - way worth staying up in the hills as oppose to down on the beach where everybody is, if you want a special experience.

Great place to stay with a fantastic view and a great host that made us feel very welcome. The place was nice and clean when we arrived and the view was incredible especially as a first timer in the islands of Thailand. Overrall very pleased with our stay and extremely satisfied with the hosts hospitality. We will be visiting again soon :)

This property is lovely and just like the photos. The location is great being next to some really beautiful beaches and bays. The hosts were very friendly and willing to assist you in getting taxis ext. would recommend if you’re on Koh Tao
