Really enjoyed the stay here in Rawai. My girlfriend and I spent the month in this apartment and didn't really have any problems. The wifi works very reliably so it's well set up for video calls. It's a very quiet area, seems to be mainly families. You won't encounter much disturbance so it was very peaceful overall. The area is great, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby (Costa, We Cafe, Vida, Poached). The Japanese restaurant by the apartment is also really nice. The host also provided complimentary cleaning once a week which we really appreciated and they were very easy to get hold of. Would recommend this place

I spent a week here and enjoyed the best sleep I’ve had in months. The place offered a peaceful, comfortable environment that truly felt like a home away from home. The unit is well-equipped with everything you might need, especially if you prefer to cook rather than dine out every day. The AC is excellent—cooling the space quickly—and the shower consistently provides hot water, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bldg set on a quieter street just off the main road, it’s within easy walking distance to numerous dining options and well-known massage places. Despite being so central, the apt remains quiet at night, ensuring restful evenings. It’s also conveniently located next to a Western-style market, perfect for picking up essentials or familiar if you feel homesick. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host, Jeremy. He is warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful—always ready to assist with anything you need or offer recommendations to enhance your stay.

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

We were there for a month and felt immediately at home. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised on the photos. We loved the sea view from the porch and sat out there pretty much all the time. We went through a lot of bug spray, but there was a fan also which helped with the mosquitoes. It's just a one-minute walk down to the beautiful beach where you would find all kinds of toys, a table tennis set up, kayaks, subs etc. It was also great to walk on the rocks. When the tide was out in both directions, you could walk to the other part of the Ao-Yon beach. In the other direction, there is a little longer walk to the next beach and you would come up and out at the 7-Eleven, which is about a good one-hour walk. But be careful, it's slippery. Ike was an excellent host, always responsive. Whenever there was any little thing, he got it done right away. We would love to be back.
