Waterfront holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Yai

It is a great place, very friendly staff and amazing location. The garden is very nice and we loved siting outside. The room itself is quite small, very basic and need maintenance. We really like it here and will be happy to come back, thanks for everything

The apartment is as described. It is well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning again. One thing that needs to change is the blinds in the bedrooms. These are very thin and do not keep the light in at all well. It requires a proper blind and a pull down black out blind/curtains to solve this. This is especially a problem for the back bedrooms, as the hallway light is shining all night long and it's light at 6am so the kids will be awake once the sunshine comes through the window. Thanks for everything, we would like to return in the future.

“Beautiful place to stay! The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The surroundings were stunning—lush greenery all around and welcoming, helpful people. I’d highly recommend this place and would love to return! The host was amazing—he let us use the pool and even provided a bike for us to use. Truly a top host! Just a note for future guests: I’d recommend researching activities in the area beforehand. Also, taxis to the airport can be very expensive, so it’s a good idea to book your transportation in advance if possible—though, of course, that’s not the host’s responsibility.”

Very comfortable stay in a great, central location. Air con worked well and common areas were very laid back and quiet.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 8). The pool had both shallow and deep areas and beautiful trees around it so you can pick shade or sun. And the private beach was stunning, complete with active fishing boats nearby to make it extra pretty and special. Many people snorkel there. We love both Klong Khong beach and Klong Nin beach and the restaurants there, so it was great to be right in between those two beaches. Coco Tango is a restaurant practically attached to the villas and apartments at Coconut Bay, and it was great. You can walk over to Moonlight Bay resort next door for a massage. Shanti Shanti is another very close restaurant people love, but we don't eat seafood and they are often booked up. Dirty Fish just next door was awesome. Nick was a fantastic host. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with an ocean view. It was easy to park our rental car there. Awesome place :)

Je recommande vivement ce logement dans la vieille ville de Lanta, les hôtes sont très accueillants et le logement était parfait. Vous vous endormez au bruit des vagues et pouvez assister à de magnifiques lever de soleil si vous êtes matinaux. Nous reviendrons !

logement incroyable, Nick est très sympathique et nous a fait plusieurs recommandations (qu’on a testé évidemment! 😌) je recommande à 100%, nous reviendrons sur Koh Lanta et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir chez Nick ! 👍

We enjoyed our stay for a week. Nick was very easy to reach. We liked having the water cooler in the villa. Enjoyed the pool & small beach area. We walked early in the day to get to other beaches. Very relaxing & peaceful. 3 good restaurants near by within a 5 minute walk. Coco Tango, Dirty Fish and Shanti Beach House!

Eine Traum Location! Die Natur und die Pool Area waren super und verschiedene Strände sind mit dem Moped in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen! Moped Verleih ging direkt über die Rezeption und verlief einfach perfekt! Vormittags bevor sie low Tide kommt ist auch der Strand der Unterkunft wunderschön🤩 Abends gibt es eine Feuershow und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge :) wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit auf Koh LANTA!

Nous avons séjourné du 29 janvier au 05 février et avons passé une semaine extraordinaire, la maison était au delà de nos attentes, si nous revenons à Ko Lanta c’est certain que nous y séjournerons de nouveau

très joli maison en bois sur pilotis et tres typique avec une vue splendide sur la mer d ANDAMAN ou vous pouvez assister à un levée de soleil extraordinaire le matin depuis la terrasse avec hamac. Endroit calme et très paisible très spacieux très grand avec tout le confort nécessaire. l hote était sympathique et reactif

The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. The pool is a huge bonus, it’s such a pleasure to relax in! We loved the peaceful location and the abundance of wildlife. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the house could be improved: damp spots at the base of the walls, a bad smell in the kitchen cabinets, a leaking toilet and mold in the shower. Despite these downsides, we truly enjoyed our stay. If you come across Edward (the dog with the quirky ear), give him a cuddle from us <3

Genuinely the most beautiful house we have stayed in during our 5 months of travelling , absolutely amazing , incredibly well equipped , sandy is amazing and very responsive , the house is beautiful and so cool , perfectly located with a wonderful view

Fantastic stay at Tim and Hanna’s place. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, the rooms are big and spotlessly clean, all with en-suites. The rooms are all around the pool, so great for privacy. We had 2 small children so we put an adult with each of them. The master room is incredible! The pool is perfect to cool off, there wasn’t a huge amount of shade during the day for the kids, but once we did get the shade they were in there all the time. Hanna was a perfect host, meeting us on arrival and helping us to arrange transport and activities. The place is a 1 min walk to the beach, and 5 mins to 7/11 and local amenities. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

If I could take this house with me I would. The property is beautiful inside and out with so many details everywhere you look. From the decorations, to the amenities, to even the outside greenery. I loved the outside terrace which has screen doors and an outdoor fan. There’s also a speaker system on the tv and soundproof sliding doors for watching movies. The area is clean and peaceful with many restaurants etc down the road. I worked from here remotely and I can confirm the WiFi works great and the space is a dream to work in. Monica was a great host, super attentive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this house.

We stayed at Siripakorn and Matt’s villa for a month and had an absolutely amazing time. The villa is located in a more authentic, less touristy part of Thailand which we really appreciated, and the views from every corner of the house are simply magical. Siripakorn and Matt were incredible hosts, warm, helpful, and always responsive. The internet is fast and stable throughout the villa, making it perfect for remote work. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, with good A/C in every room. It’s also a perfect base for visiting the nearby islands, which are absolutely gorgeous and easy to reach. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back!
