Beautiful, large apartment with 3 toilets, spacious living room, roof terrace, shared pool. Friendly and uncomplicated contact. In half, they even came to clean. Electricity and water are billed separately, we would rather pay more for the AirBnB, that would be part of that. We paid an additional 1300 baht for 1 week.

We had such a great time staying at Oliver and Noi’s place in Koh Lanta! From the start, they were super friendly and helpful—always quick to respond and full of great local tips. You can really tell they care about their guests. The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The best part? The hot tub on the terrace! We ended every evening there, just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful vibe. The location was perfect—nice and quiet, but still close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Thanks so much, Oliver and Noi, for making our stay so easy and unforgettable. We’d come back anytime!

We were a group of 10 friends. The villa was perfect, very nice and spacious. Beautiful beach on foot. Restaurants and bars nearby. A little paradise for a nice break....

The lady at the front desk was amazing. She helped us book mo peds, taxis, boat rides and everything we needed. Also once we had checked out, we got to the ferry port and realised we had left something at the apartment, I called the lovely lady and she brought it straight to us

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Is it located in a very peacefull and quiet location and privacy is guaranteed. The 13m pool is great for cooling off or doing some exercises. Everything in the villa is in perfect working order and was cleaned well. Wifi also works perfect. Be aware that the walk up to the villa is quite steep. It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it might be difficult. In that case you might want to make sure you have some manner of transportation. Caretaker Jan is always avaliable and responds to any questions immediately. She can also arrange transportation from and to the airport.

A very warm welcome and a beautiful, very pleasant and quiet accommodation. Many services are available such as massages and breakfast delivery. I would 100% recommend!

We had a great time! We were able to check in earlier and check out a little later which was very nice!! Only thing which we didn't appreciate was: we needed to pay extra for water and electricity. We never heard about something like this and therefore didn't check the information properly. It was not that expensive (670 baht for 4 people 4 nights) but it was a surprise we didn't like. The rest was amazing 😍

Simple, clean, quiet detached ensuite room set in peaceful grounds about 100m walk from the wonderful beach. If you’re lucky you get a hammock and a cat to pet. Beach access is via the outdoor seating area of the adjacent beachside restaurant. Laundry service, shops, travel agents and some excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Very nice accommodation with 3 good restaurants directly nearby. Great to choose swimming in the pool or sea without effort or to split up the company. Great place to stay for kids. Comfortable beds and good decor. We got quick help from John's contacts on site at the time we needed help.

Amazing place to stay. Apartment was huge and spotless. The grounds with pool and private beach are great. What wasn’t obvious when we booked is that there are a couple of great restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Check in was easy and Nick organised a taxi to collect us from the ferry.

Gilles place was very enjoyable. Loved the pool and the house. It was just as pictured and described. Gilles was very responsive with all his communications. There is lots to do and great restaurants in the area but we loved renting scooters and touring the island as well. Koh Lanta is lovely. Everything was great. Only thing to mention is the downstairs beds were definitely on the hard side. Big thanks Gilles for sharing your home with us. So appreciated.

The villa was perfect. We stayed here with our son for 7 nights and enjoyed every day. In the morning before breakfast in the pool or briefly on the beach is just great. The two bedrooms are good and have a large wardrobe. We didn't use the living room with sofa and TV as we spent most of our time on the terrace.

Great value for the price and great hosts! We like apartments with 2 separate bedrooms and a nice terrace behind the bushes. The whole area is green and adorable.

This was now the second villa in the Sai Naam residence that we have stayed at and I can say that the location, staff and villa itself was as amazing as last time. This time we stayed there with a 2,5 year old kid. The host helped us get a cozy shuttle that made the travel hassle free and we got a private welcome at the villa itself. The area is very peaceful with direct access to the beach and bunch of nice restaurants nearby. There's a 7/11 nearby and plenty of massage parlors, scooter rentals etc. We would highlight a few things about the villa itself: - comfortable pool with steps and an attached jacuzzi which made swim time safer with a kid. - separate building with a bedroom and bathroom - couch and TV were located on 2nd floor - big gaps in railings (risky with toddler) - very nice bathroom with outside shower (under roof and netting) - water/electricity cost us ~180 eur for 12 days, but we didn't always turn off A/C when going out Would visit again!

The place was amazing, we loved how clean the pool and our place was. We definitely recommended it. It was the perfect place for our family.

We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights in one of Nick's Villas. Nick was very helpful with local restaurant recommendations and any information we were seeking. The villa was very clean with comfortable beds, the pool and area was spotless. Would definitely stay with Nick again and highly recommend if your are looking for a nice villa with a pool.

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.
