We had such a great time staying at Oliver and Noi’s place in Koh Lanta! From the start, they were super friendly and helpful—always quick to respond and full of great local tips. You can really tell they care about their guests. The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The best part? The hot tub on the terrace! We ended every evening there, just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful vibe. The location was perfect—nice and quiet, but still close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Thanks so much, Oliver and Noi, for making our stay so easy and unforgettable. We’d come back anytime!

We were a group of 10 friends. The villa was perfect, very nice and spacious. Beautiful beach on foot. Restaurants and bars nearby. A little paradise for a nice break....

The lady at the front desk was amazing. She helped us book mo peds, taxis, boat rides and everything we needed. Also once we had checked out, we got to the ferry port and realised we had left something at the apartment, I called the lovely lady and she brought it straight to us

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Is it located in a very peacefull and quiet location and privacy is guaranteed. The 13m pool is great for cooling off or doing some exercises. Everything in the villa is in perfect working order and was cleaned well. Wifi also works perfect. Be aware that the walk up to the villa is quite steep. It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it might be difficult. In that case you might want to make sure you have some manner of transportation. Caretaker Jan is always avaliable and responds to any questions immediately. She can also arrange transportation from and to the airport.

A very warm welcome and a beautiful, very pleasant and quiet accommodation. Many services are available such as massages and breakfast delivery. I would 100% recommend!

We had a great time! We were able to check in earlier and check out a little later which was very nice!! Only thing which we didn't appreciate was: we needed to pay extra for water and electricity. We never heard about something like this and therefore didn't check the information properly. It was not that expensive (670 baht for 4 people 4 nights) but it was a surprise we didn't like. The rest was amazing 😍

Simple, clean, quiet detached ensuite room set in peaceful grounds about 100m walk from the wonderful beach. If you’re lucky you get a hammock and a cat to pet. Beach access is via the outdoor seating area of the adjacent beachside restaurant. Laundry service, shops, travel agents and some excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Great place, seaview to private beach. The place is clean and the beds are amazing. We will for sure come back.

The house was stunning, just as described, very clean and couldn’t fault it. The pool was clean also and had a gorgeous outside area with plenty of room. I would say that the location is quite secluded but on the other hand you had everything you needed. You have restaurants round the corner which the host Giles kindly recommend us, along with other brilliant recommendations he gave us!

Great place, great pools, the Three Sister restuarant at the bottom of the hill is the best restuarant on the island! Views are magnificent, the rooms are lovely - great value!

Our stay was amazing. The Villa is great and the view on the beach is amazing mostly during sunset. Pu, the house manager, was amazing. She was responsive and took care of the motorbike rental for us. She also gave us great recommendations for excursions and massage place, she was very friendly and we had a great stay thanks to her! Thank you! Only pain point in the Villa was the lack of shower gel and shampoos in bathroom, and the bedsheets were too small to cover ourselves and blankets (duvets) were missing - which is uncomfortable while sleeping with A/C.

The place was amazing, we loved how clean the pool and our place was. We definitely recommended it. It was the perfect place for our family.

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.

Wonderful villa with amazing views and fantastic sunsets.

We were on site as a small family. We really enjoyed it, everything is clean and in a well maintained condition. The more beautiful beaches are a few (about 15 minutes) minutes away. But we knew that before. Therefore, we can only recommend it.

When we arrived there was a problem with the original apartment we were going to stay in, so was upgraded to a beautiful apartment with beach views. Jonas was very quick to apologise and make sure we were happy with the changes. The new apartment didn't have a washing machine, but they were very happy for us to use a different one in the building. The apartment was one of the nicest apartments we've stayed in and just a stone throw away from the beach. There were local restaurants within walking distance, and the newly renovated pool was an absolute dream! Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to the COVID-19 situation (Jonas was a huge help during this time and really went out of his way for us). The location was perfect, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful get away in Koh Lanta!
