Holiday rentals with beach access in Ko Lan

Like others I had a little bit of difficulty finding the location. GPS took our driver to a different spot, but we were ultimately able to find it. And our host was very responsive in communicating. My best advice if you have trouble finding it navigate to peaky blinders restaurant that’s right next door to it. There was an issue with our original room, but we were given an upgraded larger room. The electricity cost was more than I expected but given the cost and size of the room the total cost was still an ok value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in need a a place in this location.

Me and my kids absolutely LOVED this place! The unit was so clean and comfortable! The pool on the balcony leading into the larger pool was AMAZING! So worth the money we paid and all The amenities! Multiple restaurants nearby with good food! Definitely will be renting again on my Next trip to Thailand!

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Very nice accommodation, very friendly and flexible hostess 10/10. Would come again, everything was as clean as indicated and the view from the 22nd floor was also great. Highly recommended 👌

it's not huge but well laid out with fab views of the town and beach. the building is great and the rooftop pool is spectacular

Nida was helpful and communicative which made for an easy stay

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Great location with very short walk to a peaceful beach. The place was clean with no faul smell. Definitely worth the price. Helpful host.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Highly recommend! The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was great, calm yet central. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality: the host was incredibly helpful, friendly and always quickly available. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back if I get the chance. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxed and carefree stay!

Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. Really nice little apartment for a solo traveler with everything in it and some nice art work on the walls. The host is very friendly and helpful and the building is quiet as is the neighborhood.
