We loved the place! We had an incredible time! Waking up on the vineyard right down to the lights of the winery and brewery at night being stunning it was all around an Amazing trip and we can’t wait to come back

This place was great and very accommodating for my group! We stayed here to be close to Knoebels for the weekend while also being far enough away from the Halloween hustle and bustle. The host was awesome at communicating and even let us check out late since no one followed our stay. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve all slept in! I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect country setting for our family whose members ranged from senior citizens to a three year old. The indoor pool and hot tub provided hours of entertainment. We enjoyed the ability to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen. The memories made in the beautiful setting will be lasting. We appreciated your flexibility and willingness to extend our departure time.

Wow I don’t know how to describe this but my family and I had a wonderful weekend, it was a beautiful and totally unexpected experience (cooking on the fire , making things like the old times and also feeling relax even in a middle of a unexpected storm , but this made us to realize how much we need it , made us more close to each other cause we worked as a team but at the same time we thank god for this amazing opportunity cause after that trip I feel like me and my family became more stronger and grateful , The nature with the rain was amazing, Getting to know people like Nate and Michelle make me realize that excellent people still out there , I never felt so safe with the way they’re taking care of us. Specially in the middle of the night , everything we needed or asked for they took very good care , they supplied us with a couple of things that we need out of cost, they don’t care about the money, their main priority was our safety and that we were having a good time. Thanks☺️

Very peaceful. Nice views. Plenty to see and do here. The pool was refreshing and private. Tim and Sharon work hard and it shows! Beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed our stay. If you enjoy a camp fire Tim’s spruced up fire pit was very relaxing..

Beautiful, spacious home. Great layout - open great room and kitchen area; great bedrooms with comfy beds. Our youngest loved swimming in the pool and using the game room. Nice little touches - towels at the pool, well-appointed bathrooms (with single use amenities). Ada was very responsive. Home was very clean. We had a wonderful weekend stay.

We had a tournament for my son. It was close by. The house had three nice rooms….we felt at home. The kitchen was easy to cook in and we enjoyed the beautiful countryside and a charming home! I did feel like there were a lot of “rules” and when one is traveling for the entire summer I am not a fan of hosts going thru every little rule and past issues. It was a shock to get such a list of rules when lately we have stayed in homes that have given us the gift of doing very little to check out. The rules could have been said a lot nicer. I do not break rules but I felt there were way to many do nots that I did not know about when I first booked. It would be nice to have larger towels as they were too small and also have more than one trash bag for the trash in the sink when we arrived and also laundry items for clothes. There were only 4 individual wash packets and we had to buy our own trash bags and bounty and toilet paper and tissues and that ALL adds up.

We recently returned to the Mountain Top Estate for a mini-vacation. Only a few days, but thanks to our hosts, and the beautiful house and grounds it really seemed like a full-fledged vacation! Swimming in the gorgeous pool was a highlight as well as quiet evenings taking in the scenery, and enjoying the game room. Getting to see wildlife passing through was an extra bonus. :)  Highly recommend !

Ericca is a wonderful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. She assisted us with several tasks beyond her responsibilities as a property host. All in all, Ericca went above and beyond and truly made our experience very memorable! Best, Sanjeev

We enjoyed everything about Matt's house. It was extremely spacious. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. My husband and kids loved the trails and also loved that the trail started directly behind the house. The hot tub was a great bonus. We showed up to the house and everything was perfect. It rained for the first 2 days we were there but the game room kept us a bit entertained. All in all, Matt's house was absolutely beautiful and we would love to visit again.

The house was great. Very close to my daughter's wedding venue. The deck on the main level was amazing, like being in the tree tops as it was on the second level on the back side of the house and there was lots of foliage for privacy. I enjoyed sitting out there very early in the a.m., listening to the birds. My elderly mother kept remarking what a great place the house was. She very much enjoyed all the personal decorating touches. The listing did state you had to be able to climb stairs and this is definitely true. Our younger family enjoyed the pool table, pinball machine (bring quarters) and the corn hole boards. The only recommendation I would suggest is a couple of grab bars for the bathrooms would be an added safety feature for all ages. Personally met Jason during our stay and he was very friendly and offered any help we needed. If I ever have a reason to stay in the Sunbury area again, I would definitely choose this property!

We loved Angelo’s place for a yearly girls’ getaway! It was spotlessly clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The check out instructions were clear and simple, and we loved being able to leave the dishes in the sink - helped our departure go so much more smoothly. We definitely plan to stay again next year! 😊

Great spot away from everything, kids got to “explore” and had so much fun.

We had an amazing stay at this location! It was extremely peaceful and the host personally greeted herself to us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also took time to include very small details that were extremely valuable to our stay throughout the home that didn’t go unnoticed!! We absolutely loved this stay and would recommend. 10/10 🙏🏽

Our stay was fantastic! Neal & Carrie were very accommodating & communication was great. They greeted us with a cute personalized sign & fresh homemade bread. The house was absolutely amazing & the views were stunning! There was so much to keep the kids busy & we spent most of our time out in the yard & enjoying all our meals on the patio. The house was very clean & stocked with everything you can think of & beyond. We plan on making this our yearly stop for states!

terrific place- There was no way my 94 year old mother would have made it up to the second floor - but she would have been fine downstairs. To be clear she couldn't attend. She wasn't feeling well. To be clear- Had nothing to do with the house. We loved the house.

We had a great experience at Elmer's river front house. There is lots to and the place is laid out well! I would recommend this rental for worker banquet or just simply some time away.

Lisa, the hostess, knew several friends of mine so renting her house felt like old home week. The four bedroom, two bathroom New England style house had charm and character, from its welcoming front porch to the bedroom with a balcony overlooking the living room with its ceiling fan and colorful church-like circular stained glass window. Well chosen furnishings added a note of comfort.

We had a great stay!! It was easy to find and there were plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas like, dining, shopping, amusement park or just walking around the neighborhood. Rhea was an outstanding host and would highly recommend her. We look forward to coming back again next year!

The nicest place that we’ve ever stayed. Pictures and description do not do this place justice. Absolutely beautiful. Very well stocked kitchen made for enjoyable meal preparation. Bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Property was super private and peaceful. The river access and view is the cherry on top!! We would recommend this place to anyone. The host is fantastic and gave us a personal tour of the house, showing us all the amenities, A very nice touch.

Felt right at home. Around the corner from where I grew up. House very clean and well stocked. Loved the garage living room Spent a lot of time on the porch Quiet location. Very nice backyard. Hot tub very clean. A+ for “birding” nearby. Will be back next trip back “home”.

I grew up in Selinsgrove and was back in town to attend a celebration of life. Certainly an emotional and unexpected visit. With that said, the host team for this property is truly a “dream team” - responsive, accommodating and genuine as myself and my group tried our best to enjoy our rare time together - despite our grief. The place (and pictures) speak for itself - who knew this little gem one block from my hometown “downtown” was there? Not many… and the work (from design to finishings) is something that the pictures capture, but do not do justice. I could go on, but I do not want to miss out on this place the next (and every) I go back to my beloved, and increasingly missed, hometown. Best Regards, Bill Graefe

I loved the fact that the house was pet friendly and there were kids toys and games. I normally wear slip on shoes around the house and I did not feel like I had to there because it was so clean. There was plenty of parking on the side/front of the house and we were able to leave our little travel pack by the garage and not worry about it. Walking distance to our favorite pizza/ sandwich place too ( OIP ) Literally, the only thing that I feel would have made it better, would be to have a small washer and dryer. We are so happy to have this place available in a small town! We will definitely stay there again.
