Lovely short break with kids at Brian's place. The setting is gorgeous and a great base for visiting the stunning Slieve League cliffs and the sights of the surrounding countryside - Malin Beg beach and the folk village at Glencolombkille were highlights for us. Sauna an added bonus. Directions and instructions all clear and easy to follow and we were made to feel very welcome in this beautful corner of Donegal.

Where to begin! Ard na Curra is a beautiful house in a beautiful location and Monica and John were incredibly gracious and friendly hosts. Located on a plateau, the view of majestic Sliabh Liag and the Teelin inlet greeted us each morning. The house is spacious, warm, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. The house perfectly matches the pictures shown in the listing. It was such a joy to stay there! John and Monica gave us several excellent suggestions on where to eat and what to do. We so much enjoyed talking with them. Muckross Head, and Silver Strand were great suggestions on places to visit. Of course visiting Sliabh Liag is an absolute must and we recommend both hiking the trail and then seeing it from a boat (Sliabh Liag Boat Tours). Once we quickly learned how to work around the spotty cellular phone coverage, there was absolutely nothing about this location that was negative. We highly recommend Ard na Curra!

A beautiful, modern cottage in the middle of one of the most spectacular places in Ireland. The cottage was exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. Located in an extremely quiet and peaceful hillside, the views of the surrounding area from the front of the cottage are breathtaking. This cottage is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet break or to explore the beauty that Co. Donegal has to offer.

Awesome location close to several beaches and cliff hikes. Kelly was super responsive and very helpful. You can't beat this location for exploring the surrounding areas. Close to markets and great restaurants too! I would definitely stay again.
