The accommodation is located in a quiet, older neighborhood a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground etc. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Sliding doors facing the garden and patio provide an extra room spring and summer. Trampoline for the kids. Good wifi. Parking in the area (SEK 9/hour during the day, no charge on Sundays).

Swedish log cabin, modeled after those in the United States. NOTE: Winterized and heated. Sit on the porch and admire our Japandi Garden and the koi fish in the pond. Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a comfortable and peaceful environment. Please feel free to use our entire garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Good public transit. NOTE: The railroad is nearby, which can be disturbing for light sleepers. Smoking in the cottage and on the property is prohibited due to the risk of fire!

Central Lund, newly renovated open-plan loft apartment.

The apartment is located in the centre, close to the university, the Botanical Gardens, grocery stores and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. Washing machine available in the apartment. The additional laundry room is in the basement, and it can be accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 L, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed of 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
