New build luxurious beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Nice countryside home

Welcome to enjoy the summer in beautiful Klockrike on the Östgötaslätten. Stay in Appelgården, a villa from the early 1900s that was renovated in the old style inside during 2020. With its own private garden and with grazing horses outside the plot. With a 20 min drive, you can get to Varamon, the largest lake in the Nordic countries with 5km of natural sandy beach. Linköping can be reached by car( about 20 minutes). In an hour you are Kolmårdens zoo or 1.5 hours to Astrid Lindgrens värld.

Nivå 84 Loft House with splendid lake view

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

Nice guesthouse outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

A stone's throw from Göta Canal and Borensberg's lock

Here you live 60 meters from Göta Canal and 3 minutes walk to child-friendly Strandbadet. The neighborhood is home to cafes and carbon monoxide shops. Central Borensberg can be reached in 5 minutes after a beautiful walk over Göta Canal and Motala power. Nice walking paths along the canal and Lake Boren is just nearby. From the small gravel yard with garden furniture and morning sun glimpses the old Göta hotel. The home is decorated in a charming general style with unique details.

Cottage with luxury, bird chirping and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bedding. Lake view and boardwalk down to Bysjön, we have a small rowboat for guests. Loans of bicycles for lovely bike rides and loans of golf clubs, Finspång has 27 hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Här kan du känna historiens vingslag i väggarna. Soldattorp 119 är ett välbevarat 1600-tals torp som renoverats med känsla och varsamhet. Torpets historia och själ är bevarad, men samtidigt utrustat det för att passa den moderna gästens alla önskningar. Hela interiören andas lugn, när du kliver över tröskeln genom de ockragula dubbeldörrarna, tar en kopp kaffe på glasverandan eller lyssnar till regnet i vår favoritfåtölj så känns vardagens stress redan avlägsen.

Simple charming farm accommodation.

The property is simple and charming. The garden is shared with the host family. The property is surrounded by sheep and horse gardens. Disc golf course is available with 9 holes, payable separately. Kayaking rental is 2 km away at Götakanal, booked separately. Large trampoline can be find in the garden. We grow vegetables for self-catering and we have bees and honey. Welcome to stroll around in our kitchen garden where we grow for self-catering.

Want to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or more? With us you live in a newly built guesthouse with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and own parking. Both Linköping and E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house is located overlooking Lake Roxen 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. One dog and two cats on site.
