The house is located in the small Aegean village of Agii Apostoli, in Evia, just 120 km from Athens by car — no ferry needed. It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Alkea Mountain Residence

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and seek peace and relaxation.

Green Rock Apartments is a newly built two-storey building in which there are three apartments. The two apartments of 60 sq.m. are located on the first floor while the large apartment of 120 sq.m. is on the second floor. All apartments are bright with a view of the Aegean Sea as they have their own terraces. The apartments do not have common areas between them, and are accessible from a different entrance and staircase.

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

The house has also an outdoor shower and large parking area. The view is amazing. The blue and crystal clean water of the Aegean sea is on your sight from almost everywhere, even from your bed!

It has panoramic view on both levels, the bedrooms (sleeps 6) as well as the living room.(The access to the third bedroom and the ground floor is made from the outside of the building.)
