Η κατοικία είναι χτισμένη στους πρόποδες του Ξηροβουνίου της Κεντρικής Εύβοιας. Το Ξηροβούνι αποτελεί συνέχεια της Δίρφυς και παρόλο τ΄ όνομά του είναι γεμάτο από πλούσια και πυκνή βλάστηση. Έλατα, πλατάνια και βελανιδιές αποτελούν το σκηνικό της περιοχής και τη θέα του σπιτιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα έξω από το γραφικό χωριό Καμπιά το οποίο είναι χτισμένο στην πλαγιά της ρεματιάς. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση, το βουνό κι αναζητούν την ηρεμία και τη χαλάρωση.

Vous avez une superbe vue sur la mer et le calme aux alentours, et de beaux endroits ou se baigner. Tout cela a 3 min du centre ville en voiture. Vous tomberez amoureux en vous reveillant vue sur la mer. Lit en 140x190. ventilateur. lumière de couleurs. Coin douche(Eau froide)et eau chaude a 30 metres. Et aussi une superbe douche extérieur et toilette extérieur.

It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Τα δύο διαμερίσματα των 60 τ.μ βρίσκονται στον πρώτο όροφο ενώ το μεγάλο διαμέρισμα τον 120 τ.μ στον δεύτερο όροφο. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα είναι φωτεινά με θέα το Αιγαίο καθώς έχουν δικές τους βεράντες. Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

The house has also an outdoor shower and large parking area. The view is amazing. The blue and crystal clean water of the Aegean sea is on your sight from almost everywhere, even from your bed!
