The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. Take advantage of the large playground next door, the Usedom Bäderbahn to the beaches of Usedom, without traffic jams and long waiting times. Take extensive cycling or hiking tours, kayak tours on the Peene or the Achterwasser. A spacious vacation home with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) awaits you.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sodass es hoffentlich an nichts fehlen sollte. Egal, ob du in der voll eingerichteten Küche kochen möchtest, dich im gemütlichen Wohnbereich entspannen oder einfach die Ruhe genießen willst – hier fühlst du dich bestimmt sofort wie zu Hause!

Quiet oasis near the coast

Peace and relaxation for a small family not far from the Greifswald Bodden. Cozy house with 80 sqm of living space in the middle of a natural garden in the idyllic village of Hanshagen, not far from the small Baltic Sea resort of Lubmin halfway between the islands of Rügen and Usedom near Greifswald. Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

Charming loft in a former tractor workshop with inspiring decor. In the large kitchen, you can cook together and enjoy and celebrate at a large table. In summer, this is also possible outside at the grill. Meadows and forests are right outside the door and it is not far to the Baltic Sea. Additional accommodation can be booked. There are rehearsal rooms for choirs, bands or other ensembles. .
