The place was as described. It's simple, but it fulfilled our purposes. Check-in worked, the contact was friendly. Yes, the house is clairaudient, but we got along well with it. The windows insulate the noise from the outside. The contact person on site had their apartment above ours. You get kicks and conversations, but she herself was very quiet and absolutely not disturbing for us. If you are looking for a 5-star accommodation, you should choose something else. If you want a place to stay as a self-catering, this property is very well taken care of. Arrival must be by 20:00, departure by 11:00. It worked for us.
