Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Forsstugan

Relax in this individual and tranquil space. A smaller gravel road leads you to a dead end where Forsstugan awaits overlooking the Västerdalälven river. Enjoy the tranquility but with proximity to the more eventful mountains. Depending on which mountain you want, after a 20-30 minute drive, you can take part in all the mountain's offerings, so that after an adventurous day, you can return to Forsstugan's quiet nook and warm yourselves in front of the fire. In the summer you have walking distance to the popular Äråbadet.

Here you can enjoy lovely cross country skiing in winter time, hiking and cycling during the barland period, and visit the Mångsbodarna Nature Reserve and Wasasten of Sweden AB. Vasaloppsstarten is 23 km, and to the center of Sälen 30 km For those who want to go alpine skiing, it is 25 km to Kläppen and 35 km to Lindvallen where the pearl band of Sälenfjällens alpine facilities begin.

There's also an ICA grocery store nearby – perfect for picking up whatever you need during your stay.

The cottage is located in Klippens ski area in the part referred to as “In the middle of the piste”. Ski road to and from the cottage easily takes you down to the ski slope. The cottage consists of four apartments, and this is located at the first floor overlooking the mountain. Access to the wood-fired sauna outside the cottage (shared with the apartment next door). There's also a nice barbecue area next to the cabin.
