The apartment (79m2) is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Hygiea on Lake Wörthersee. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed, the living area with a cozy sleeping alcove (double sofa bed box spring), dining table & LED TV. There is a bathroom with spacious rain shower, bidet and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen convinces with a glass-ceramic stove, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. It's perfect for 2-4 people.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
