Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Walk for only 3 minutes and you will find Trondheim's most popular swimming area Korsvika, and you have the city center and the Solsiden within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. Quietly located cottage on a hill with breathtaking views over the Trondheimfjord. Ideal sun conditions from morning to evening – perfect for relaxation in the middle of nature. Open plan living area with cozy sofa, rocking chair, panoramic windows and fireplace. Suitable for singles, couples, families and small groups of up to 5 people. From the front door, you can go directly onto the hiking trail to Bjørnbettet (310 m) or Litlheia (357 m) and many more. The fjord can be reached after about 1.5 km.
