The new modern villa in the Northern Lights area provides a great setting for a holiday. Located less than 1km from Levi's downtown services and the nearest slope. Ski trails depart about 500m away, and the sledding goes from the backyard of the house. The villa has a 3mh, each with two beds, one bedroom with a loft “masterbedroom” from where to view out, downstairs a large gym/movie room with a spreadable couch. There is also a sauna and fireplace. The villa has modern appliances, electronics, and technology.

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Brand New! Villa Moon

New, cozy and comfortable private villa. The villa finished in October 2023. From the windows you can see a beautiful Lapland forest landscape and if you are lucky, you can admire the northern lights directly from the window. Nice routes for outdoor activities and you can go snowshoeing in the forest directly from the backyard. The villa offers snowshoes for two people. After outdoor activities, you can relax in the Finnish sauna!
