Apartment holiday rentals in Kittery

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kittery or Portsmouth. Perfect location right in the middle of everything that Kittery has to offer with a nice view of the water. Easy, scenic walk over the bridge into Portsmouth for an excursion. Danny and Linn had amazing recommendations for where to eat, I could eat Lil's crullers every morning and it's right across the street! The space was ideal for myself and would also be perfect for a couple. Clean, tidy, and had everything that you could need. Hope to get the chance to come back someday soon.

We had a lovely time at Aaron’s place in Kittery. It’s right in the heart of the town, close to the shops and restaurants, and Portsmouth is a short walk away. He was a super responsive host, quick and considerate the apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Had a great time and would stay again :)

The space was perfect for my sister in law and I. We each had our own comfy, beautifully appointed rooms, each with a mini-split (I like to sleep with the ac pretty cold at night and my sister in law doesn’t) so being in my own room, with control over the temperature was HEAVEN! The view of the bay and tugboats was so pleasant in the morning watching the sun rise. The place is decorated with beautiful accents and useful items in the kitchen and bathroom. I loved their toilet paper! The location is super convenient to everything that makes Portsmouth so much fun! I highly recommend this place! Well done!

Suz’s studio was perfect for a weekend in Portsmouth. We found a free parking spot close by and didn’t need to use the car until we left. Everything in town is close by, and the studio had everything we needed

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

We stayed one night and were very comfortable. Will's place was clean, cozy and had everything we could need. The location is perfect, you can walk right over the bridge into Portsmouth's lively downtown in 15-20 minutes! Excellent instructions and recommendations. We definitely recommend Will's place😊

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

Booked Billy’s Beachside Bungalow in Rye NH for a three night stay, and couldn’t have been happier with this choice ! To start , the hosts were very responsive and helpful Any correspondence was met with an almost immediate reply . Upon arrival , discovered that we were situated in on of the most beautiful stretches of the New Hampshire coast . The area was quiet and serene ( October ) with a small park and beach across the street Lots of walkable space to enjoy the views which were incredible. Although quiet , this spot was still only a quick 10 min. trip to Portsmouth and 20 min to Kittery Maine. The property itself was well maintained and easy to find. Upon entering the Bungalow , we found ourselves in a tastefully decorated and clean space with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was paramount. We hope to stay again soon !

Cozy spot for couples. Free wine bottle was a plus and it’s close to a lot of cool spots . Host was good with communication and responded quickly. Would definitely visit again :)

Bev’s place was clean, comfortable and she had taken time to think of what might be needed, for example, a supply of extra toothbrushes and toiletries. Bev is also a warm and welcoming host and made us feel at home. We had a very pleasant and easy stay, thanks to her.

Dennis and Julie’s place is impeccable! Beautifully decorated and so comfortable and relaxing. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Anything and everything is thoughtfully provided in this warm and inviting space. We would definitely stay again.

This Air B&B is exactly as described and pictured plus a few nice surprises left by Rick. Thank you. The place was cozy with comfortable seating and bed. Plenty of space, towels and storage. Loved the butcher block counters. Even though it rained most of the time, the kitchen was bright and "sunny". Again, thank you for having this as a rental.

This was our second stay and we're already looking into booking our third. It's our home away from home. The balcony view is gorgeous, the walk down to the heart of the boardwalk is so easy and the drinks aren't bad either. Definitely take a drive up the coast, go antiqueing, and discover not just hampton beach but the surrounding towns. We can't wait to come back, thank you for hosting us!!!

We had a great stay here during our honeymoon tour of Maine! The place was so cute and cozy. It was in a great location, walkable to all the area has to offer. Excited to visit again in the future!

Lynne’s place was amazing. It was beautifully decorated, welcoming, and very private. We loved the fact that you could walk up the street to a fabulous restaurant, breakfast spot and the beach. Lynne was I was available to answer any questions and super friendly. We will be back !

Stayed in the Tower Suite after a hard pivot due to Bonnaroo cancellation. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I appreciate this bnb strongly encourages guests to be quiet and courteous. It was a lovely reprieve from the music festival camping we were coming from. In unit washer dryer was a life saver. The bnb itself is a super short drive to some awesome restaurants. Hot Suppa and The Front Room were notably good eats. The Tower Suite was beautiful and clean. 1000% would come visit again. Thank you for having us!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

I flew in for work and only stayed a couple days but definitely enjoyed the space. I will be coming back to this Airbnb in fall

Beautiful, quaint spot! We had a very quick stopover but it was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the road. Would definitely recommend Ren’s place!

Both John and Carol were very inviting and friendly—- Carol even came out to bid us farewell when we checked out. The view is just breathtaking…. Could not ask for more… except warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. :). The apartment had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with breakfast snacks and milk and half and half for morning coffee…. Very nice touch. Great restaurant choices nearby as well. Highly recommend the Arms Hotel. Great food, HUGE portions. I would definitely stay again!

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!
