Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)

Sunny private 2 bedroom cottage with large garden, deck,and great Lanesville location near the ocean. Living room with large flat screen smart TV with Roku, fast internet, and lounge with pull out couch and pocket door for privacy. Now with mini-split A/C throughout and new windows in the bedrooms! Dogs under 55 lbs allowed (no more than 2 ) no cats. Yard is not fenced in.
