Great place great value will stay again

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

Hidden gem, a well maintained AirBnB, less than 15 minutes from Cabarete. I highly recommend!

My stay was excellent. Katherine was always attentive to my concerns and with quick response to any questions I had. She took time to explain about the area and some surrounding activities, also her husband showed us around the apartment, which was very helpful to better enjoy the visit. The apartment is comfortable, cozy and clean, and comes with everything you need for two people to have a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Very clean accommodation, good communication and good explanation to arrive at the accommodation. Just a small downside, it would be missing a small indoor table but otherwise the accommodation is really good!

My family and I were very comfortable in Ronaldo's apartment. He also has good customer service and is very family friendly. The location of the apartment is incredible. The only downside for us was that it doesn't have private parking and we should park on the front street. And of course we would return to this property.

Matthew s place is perfect for those traveling on a budget but want a safe clean place right at the heart of things but far enough to relax and have some quiet time when needed. There is a large supermarket less than 5.minutes walk and a small Bodega across street for necessities. Right next door is a vra restaurant that serves specials all week and is run by a very friendly guy George and his cook Rahna excellent food and economical . Water was always hot when you leave the heater on for just 20.mins. The place has a huge fan and an air-conditioner but I found fan worked wonderfully for me . You do have to pay extra for electric use but it is very cheap. I was there for two week and had a c on maybe 4 times and fan and TV every Night and I paid less than 300 pesos ( 6 bucks) . All in all don't expect the Hilton buy for this money you will not find a better place in Sosua.Excellent stay

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. My family had a great time

Jaay was such a great host! Very responsive at any time & always provided us with restaurant recommendations as well as other activities. The house was spotless and so spacious! We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough room. I’d definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends/family.

Great place. very comfortable

A great apartment with a great pool. It was as described and I was enjoying my stay until AirB&B extracted me without an explanation. The host asked me to stay more than once after AirB&B told me to leave without an explanation!

Hilary’s place has the most incredible view, on the hill overlooking Playa Sosua. It is close enough to get to the beach, grocery store and restaurants quickly but tucked into the trees and vegetation of the hillside, away from the noise and busyness of the city. Everything was very clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, hot water, cold AC in both bedrooms, kitchen stocked with appliances and everything needed to prepare our own meals (grocery store 5 minutes away). The bonuses were the clean pool in the back yard, the stunning view and the tremendous response and attention of our host, Hilary, the caretaker of the house, Jose, and the night guard. We will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful 2 weeks in this green paradise! The bungalow is very clean and spacious with good illumination . This time of the year you can watch sunrise right from the bed. There are 2 bungalows there which are separated by green fence of plants and a swimming pool, so you have privacy . And it's very peaceful and quiet there all day long . It's just a gem ! Babette was very helpful with every little detail and she went far and beyond by picking me up and dropping me off at the bus station . Very recommended !

Martin is a great host, he invited me out for a drink when I arrived, and on arrival he provided a few nice welcoming drinks and toiletries. The pros of the apartment were the cleanliness, the air conditioning, the swimming pool, the apartment complex is similar to a hotel so there are places on site to get food and drinks. It's also a nice place to meet people as there is a fun atmosphere around the place. Martin the host is also great at responding to your messages and always tries to help out with your questions. The cons are the wifi, the wifi is better in the bedroom but not strong enough in the rest of the apartment if you're going to work. If you're there on holiday then its no problem. The wifi around the complex works great though, by the pool, in the reception etc. And Martin did his best to offer alternative places for me to work. And also having to pay for cleaning the bed sheets was a con or not having them replaced. Overall, I would recommend staying there for sure!

Lovely place and very attentive host

I booked to stay one month.But had to leave 10 days early due to a death in family.But the apartment was great. I felt secure even though there is no security. They have a locking front gate .And windows and front door have gates on them. The plants and trees on property were beautiful. I really felt at home there.Marlon and his entire family were great friends to me .And It is on a quiet block and close to everything. I would love to stay there again.

Oliver’s place is in a very safe environment, clean, modern and comfortable. All appliances, hot water, WiFi, TV and air conditioning works well. It is located in an environment that has a nice clean pool area to relax and a restaurant onsite. Oliver’s place is within walking distance of everything you need and his communication is good if you need any information. I highly recommend Oliver’s place.
