Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kite Beach

Villa Esperanza is the perfect escape right in the heart of Sosua. The pool and jacuzzi are a whole vibe—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by a beautiful, siren-like backyard that makes you forget the world. The BBQ area next to the pool is ideal for chill evenings and good company. Donny was a great host—super responsive and helpful. Be sure to ask him about his taxi guy, Carlos. That man knows every corner of the island and is your go-to for airport rides and getting around like a local. Also, don’t leave without trying Donny’s chef. Trust me—dude whips it down. Best meals we had the whole trip. Highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be back.

Eleanora and her villa are fantastic. but when people say you are only as good as the people that you surround yourself with.... It is perfectly exemplified in her staff. Elisabeth is a wonderful asset on Eleanor's team, Who made sure that my stay was perfect. The villa is located just outside of Sosua Central, it's safe, clean and full of all the amenities you would want. There is a lot of hustle bustle in the Bate area. So I totally appreciate the fact that this is a little bit off the beaten path out of the way and 100% secure. i will definitely stay here again. The host is very gracious and nice, and the villa is first class. Especially if you take advantage of the pool and space.

Great little tiny home, away from the noise and commotion, and next to a beautiful and tranquil river. Home is super clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything you need, including a strong fan, quality AC. And I appreciated the added touch of the handy electric fly swatter, since I like leaving the windows open (though there was surprisingly very few bugs considering how deep in the woods you are). Just 10-15 drive to cabarete where a lot of restaurants and action is. But there's also a good restaurant just a short walk away. I had a good fresh fish meal there for cheap. By the river next to the home, there is a hammock and little bench to sit on. I spent a lot of time there working out, meditating and enjoying the water go by. There's also an inner tube and paddle board there, but didn't take the opportunity to use it since i was just there for two nights and had work to do. But definitely coming back and getting into the river next time!

It's a place to stay with everything you might need. You will feel at home because it has all the necessary amenities. Lumy and Francisco's attentions are excellent and always attentive to any questions you have. I would definitely stay there again when I get back to Puerto Plata.

If you love the beach and/or surf this place is the perfect stay! The 10 min walk to the beach was a daily activity for us. The space is quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our stay very much 😊

Everything was as described. The place is super safe, quiet and exclusive, ideal for worry-free relaxation. Best of all, the private beach! A true paradise, perfect to enjoy with complete privacy. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

I had the pleasure of staying in "El Rinconcito de Merys" and I can only recommend this lovely place. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. It is noticeable that they care about their guests and do their best to make the stay memorable. The villa itself is a true refuge in the middle of nature. The facilities were spotless; everything was clean and well kept, which made me feel very comfortable. The decorative details give it a cozy touch, and the setting is simply beautiful. In addition, the location is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. Without a doubt, "El Rinconcito de Merys" is the ideal place to relax and recharge. I'll definitely be back in the future!

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful cabin surrounded by nature and beautiful views. Islendy was super helpful and responsive. Berto was also very friendly and kind. We loved the inside of the cabin as well. Enjoyed quality time playing games and cooking. It was an amazing stay, loved everything. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!

The place is even better than the pictures. Self check-in was easy. It's very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The place is very quiet and private. We really enjoyed the heated pool. We spent four very pleasant nights. I recommend it.
