Amazing place to stay! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Has a nice touch from a beautiful picture near by the bed to an aromatic organic soap in the washroom-this place offers tranquility and peace. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops and yoga studio.

Thalia and Jesus made our stay very enjoyable not just for the two of us, but also our pup. Their space is very dog, friendly, including an outdoor fenced in area. They provided any extra pet necessities for dogs staying there. We came with our own gear, but our dog even enjoyed their dog bed at times!

A stay at Nouras is best described as a home away from home. Nouras has carefully decorated and prepared a beautiful private home for any individual, couple or small family of 3. it is truly a lovely environment with privacy and lots to enjoy.

My family absolutely loved Paul’s place. Clean, modern, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The accommodation met and exceeded our expectations. It has to be the best ABNB accommodation we have stayed in. Communication with Paul was professional yet friendly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul’s Rivertrail house.

This was my first time visiting Kitchener, and staying at Stacy’s unit truly made the experience even better. Her place is one of the best Airbnb rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Stacy was incredibly kind, professional, and proactive throughout my stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful and spotless. Great space! Very cozy, easily accessible and was pretty quiet despite being on a main road. Comfy beds and super convenient.

We have stayed at Ana’s place before and always love it. Small things like the stylish decor, good coffee options, and the frogger arcade game. AC was lovely and we also enjoyed the little upstairs balcony for the first time. Would stay again!

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

Finding the apartment and check in was easy and as instructed. The apartment was clean, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Fawad had the wifi scan code on the fridge only had to contact to get the password because I needed wifi for the laptop. He was very responsive. All in all great stay.

Amazing place. Highly recommend staying here - comfortable bed, little kitchen area with a lot of kitchen pots pans etc. provided, and very clean bathroom. Ren is super responsive and friendly as well!

My mother and I loved staying at this little gem. It covered all our needs, was very clean and decorated beautifully. My mother loved all the art. It didn’t feel like a basement suite with the large windows at the front. Check in was super easy and Alexa is quick to reply with any questions. The location was perfect and central to both Kitchener and Waterloo. Lovely area to take morning walks. The washer and dryer were great to have when my mother spilled her entire coffee on her white pants and we both found the beds very comfortable. Thank you Alexa for the lovely stay. We will be back.

A basic, but good stay. Sam's place provides everything needed for a comfortable night away, and his communication was above and beyond. Very quick, friendly responses. I do see what other reviewers mean when they say the space around the toilet is quite tight - The door almost touches your knees when sitting down - But for a short stay it wasn't a problem. My only suggestion would be to get some black out curtains for the bedroom, and maybe a curtain that could pull across to separate the bedroom from kitchen area to allow a darker space for sleeping when the morning sun comes out. Overall, my husband and I would happily stay again for a night away. Thanks, Sam!

What a lovely place to stay with such a wonderful host! The amenities were amazing - especially the lovely bedding! We used the pool and hot tub and both were lovely! Beautiful setting and stay!

We enjoyed the stay very much, the apartment is cozy and warm with good taste of paintings. The design of the house with effective cabinets helps store stuff in the clean way. We stayed for a month and both have desks and chairs for working, 1 bed inside bedroom and the other bed outside for our daughter. The location is convenient if you want to walk to Victoria Park or shopping areas. Neighbors are friendly. Finally hosting team including the host and his partners are very kind from the very beginning when I first booked the stay and responsive to our messages. Highly recommended for either short or extended stay! I very appreciate this one month when we first come to Kitchener.

I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

Second time booking Wendy’s place and it was such a great experience again!

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

I appreciated having a few things in the kitchen that I could use on the first night until I got to the grocery store. Central Fresh Market is a walking distance from the condo for individuals that enjoy some home cooking while on vacation. The pool and bowling area was a great hit for those rainy days. Emma came to our rescue after our original booking fell through. She got us right away after a very long trip. She was kind and also gave us discount which was a plus. Our 6weeks stay in KW area was great. She was extremely quick to respond to all our questions. I will definitely stay in Emma's place again. Very clean condo and quiet neighborhood.
