The location is central.. we were in town for a family emergency and appreciated the flexibility with the check in.. there is coffee right in the room and Tim Hortons also right across the street. Great unit, comfortable beds! Although we didn’t use the common areas, I checked them out and there are 2 outdoor saunas, wonderful lounge area and outdoor high top bar with bbqs.. Hope to be back sometime and be able to enjoy! Thx you so much! Host was very accommodating and very quick to answer communication!

This is the second time we have visited this year and look forward to visit again! It is the perfect place to wake up and have coffee on the deck. We kayaked during the day, and had fires in the evening. Looking up the stars is such a peaceful way to end the day. We look forward to returning.

Tasha was amazing and extremely responsive. Anytime there were any small issues she was on top of it right away. She always gave us suggestions to ensure that we were having a good time and using all the tools she had. The location did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning waterfront. I highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot. Another note Tasha had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and on the property. Five stars!!

This place is a treasure! From the set up and lay out of the tiny house to the pristine and private outdoor space, Mike's place exceeded my expectations. Comfy bed, GORGEOUS views, excellent set up and did I mention the dock? Beautiful. Mike also helped us out with anything we needed and checked in on us during an ice storm! All in all, thumbs way up. Will definitely come back here and encourage anyone to try it. Thank you, Mike!

Grundy Cottage was exactly as posted and so lovely for our little getaway. It had the peace and quiet of the country while being close enough to other towns for day trips and drives. Robert was a wonderful host, always quick to respond with any questions and helpful with local activity and food recommendations. I would recommend this place to other couples looking to rest and relax from a busy work week or just as somewhere to escape for a few days!

We stayed at Kathryn and Gus’s place for a month and really loved it. It’s an entire house surrounded by nature. The property overlooks a small lake near a hiking trail. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Kathryn and Gus were great hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. We enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couch in front of the fireplace. We would love to come back again!

We enjoyed the apartment as it was clean, comfortable and close to the Park. Parking on the street (in front of apartment). Kitchen has all the items one would need for a longer stay. Bed was soft and we slept like babies. I will return this autumn as this is way better than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend it. Please note the following: At the time of our stay (Easter weekend), there was a little work being done in the front of the building. However, it did not cause any issues during our entire stay (be it access, noise or anything else). The Host can be easily contacted and always available should an issue arise during the stay. It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Syed’s place was very cozy and clean. You have your own kitchen and washroom as well as a living room, which is great! Syed had also stocked the fridge with some breakfast items, which was very convenient. Syed is also a great host as he responds instantly to messages and was helpful in general.
