Very good room. Very good host. He is very enthusiastic and helped me carry my luggage to the door of the room. He responds to needs in a timely manner. He is really a very good, very gentle person. The room is as described in the pictures. Clean and tidy. All the necessities of life are available. The location is also great. It is only 6 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a 711 in 3 minutes walk. It takes more than 10 minutes to get to Sapporo Station by subway. It is very convenient!I want to stay here again next time I come to Sapporo (o ^^ o)

I had a great stay here! The location is really convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the streetcar station, which takes you a few stops to Tanukikoji for shopping. You can also take the JR from here for a few more stations to reach Sapporo Station. There’s a 7-11 nearby, only 5 minutes on foot, open 24/7. The environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. I also discovered a fantastic ramen restaurant nearby, Ramen Kiroro (ラーメン お食事 帰路驢), which offers delicious food at great prices. Highly recommend it! The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which is super convenient. Plus, most of the buttons have English instructions, making it very friendly for English speakers. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy with clear instructions. Having a free parking lot is definitely so much easier than parking at public parking. The house was neat and had everything I need for my family and children. Amaze by the amount of balcony to see the surrounding view. Near to odari park, and can see Sapporo tv tower from house. Near to mount moiwa rope way and tanukikoji shopping street as well. Thank you for the stay

The place was more than I thought it would be. As shown in the photos, all the furniture and fixtures were prepared, and it was the best space for more than 5 people to stay and rest. The living room and table were so nice space to eat and talk together. The bathroom was located on the hallway, but it was a space that only we could use, and we were able to adjust right away. The host was always kind and quick to respond to inquiries and introduced us to nearby amenities, restaurants, etc. Thank you. It was a great trip!

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

After staying at Otaru for a few days, I returned to this place to continue my stay at Sapporo. Felt like home, good to be back again.

Great location, easy access, good communication and just what we needed! Super comfy beds too! Ensure you are minimal with your rubbish as there is only one bin and hard to find in Japan on the streets. I think this is common in Japan so just an FYI for first time travellers! We loved our stay in Sapporo.

Located in the Maruyama Park area with many delicious restaurants in a quiet residential neighborhood.It is suitable for enjoying Sapporo's daily life in a calm environment, as well as a base for enjoying the Maruyama Park area, such as Okurayama Jump Station and Maruyama Zoo. The room was very clean and very pleasant.I was also happy that the bath was very well cleaned. It was also very well-stocked, and there were daily necessities (bath-related, laundry-related, kitchen-related), as well as amenities such as coffee and tea, as well as simple skincare goods, which was better than staying in a hotel. Our stay was fantastic! The facilities and amenities at this Airbnb were truly amazing – they had everything we could possibly need and more. The fact that there were so many beds was a real plus for our group. We also loved how conveniently located it was, with convenience stalls just a short walk away. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout our stay. The smart lock entry was also a great convenience, making check-in and coming and going seamless. We would definitely recommend this place!

To foreigners: I've stayed at many Airbnbs in Japan, but I can confidently say this is the best one in Sapporo. The place is extremely clean, and everything in central Sapporo is within a 10-minute walk. I was especially impressed by the water pressure, cozy, auto-temperature, and cleanliness of the bathroom. Also, the place comes with every amenity you could need. If you're traveling with a group, don't hesitate to choose this place. Amazing guesthouse! To Korean: I have used a lot of Airbnb in Japan, but I am sure it is the best house in Sapporo. It is very clean and you can walk to Sapporo city center in 10 minutes. In particular, the water pressure in the bathroom is very good. In particular, the cleanliness and details everywhere were very impressive. My very first experience staying at Airbnb, and it was much better than I expected. The place is clean and tidy. Every material used in the house is quality products. To be honest, this Airbnb is even better than my current apartment. Thank you Aya san for being a great host as well. You were very helpful during our stay.

5 people stayed for 2 nights. They were very kind and accommodating, and we had a pleasant time. The facilities, etc. were clean and well-equipped, and I did not feel any inconvenience. It was a relaxing space, just like being at home, so I was able to relax and heal my fatigue after going out. There is also a convenience store nearby, and it is convenient to be within walking distance for anything.

Good location in between Sapporo and New Chitose Airport. There is a supermarket very near to Shiroishi station.

This house is perfect for my family of 6. With kids and elderly. It has every we need. I especially love the laundry room.

Stayed here with 5 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Wish there was a bathroom on the main living floor but not a deal breaker. There’s a small store conveniently located across the street. Overall, great experience and would consider staying here again.

It's a clean and modern house. The bed was big in a room with two beds, so it was okay except for the part where there was no space for luggage. The bed was also comfortable. However, the room was a little cold. It's a great value.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Great place to stay as it was near to the major attractions. The apartment was clean and the host was very proactive in his communication. Overall, we had a good stay and it matched out all of our expectations. One thing to note is that the apartment is on top of a slope so it is better if you have a car.

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

The city and accessibility were good, and I was thankful for using it conveniently.
