It is a room on the second floor of an apartment building that is about 40 years old, located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. It is equipped with all the daily necessities, so it is recommended for those who want to experience living in Sapporo. It is a slightly inconvenient location, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station and about a 20-minute walk from Kita-24-Jo Station on the Namboku subway line, but there are few cars passing by, and you can enjoy a quiet stay. Parking for one car is available on the premises (reservation required). It can be used for 600 yen per day. (This is the parking lot I use every day. There is also a large supermarket and a hot spring facility two stops away. The sofa bed is 170 cm. ☆ About pick-up and drop-off On the first and last days of your stay, we will pick you up by car at Shinkawa Station whenever possible. We apologise if the times don't work out. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, a bath and toilet, so we hope you will use it for long-term stays, workations, etc. Air conditioning (cooling only) installed in March 2025.

The flat is located in heart of Sapporo． It is only 6-minutes walk from the Sabway station． also you can easily walk to "Susukino" "Tanuki-koji" "Odoripark" "Nijyo-iciba" and these touristspots． Transportation, Shopping, Dining, Cafe.....are　 all very close and conveenient.
